HHL- Swiss travel agentVery expensive hotel. Not worth the price you pay. Main Pool closes at....4pm ! ,: reason: they must set up tables for dinner, very strange..You can feel how owner is looking to make money without caring about his guest's needs ! The other 2 pools( far,up the hill) close at 6pm ! Also strange when guests are spending holidays...Check in, never before 1 om ...and check out at 10 am , also very strange when breakfast finishes at 10.30 ! I would never recommend this hotel for its prices ! Even his deck restaurant is selling sunset without sunset at all !!

GGuest UserThis was our second time visiting Grün, we were here last year too. I'm so happy to be back and see how the hotel is developing and getting even better. They've added capsule coffee machines in the rooms, kids get cute gifts upon arrival, and the service is excellent as always. A Pilates studio has opened, there's morning yoga, massage services are available, and they've added a fire pit area. All of this is included in the stay, which is fantastic. I feel more relaxed and comfortable here with my child than anywhere else. I also want to highlight the organic toiletries in the hotel; my hair feels so soft and silky, and you can even use them on kids, which is a big plus.

AAnonymous UserCheck in was smooth. Staffs were friendly. Hotel is huge, they have 3 blocks. I got the far end of the block which was a little bit away from the reception and the restaurants and the open space for smoking. In 2 circumstances, i walked up to the room and the door card could not work. This happened in 2 different nights. I had to walk down and got it reset, but the staffs didnt bother to apologise for this. The first time it happened I was okay, but the second time it happened, I got pissed off, because it was a long walk from the room to the reception. If you order food delivery, it will be a long walk to take your food at the reception. If you got the rooms at the reception level, I'm sure it will be a great experience like the first time I was there in the Junior Suite, but this time it was not as pleasant. Thumbs up though for the housekeeping, as the found out I had many shirts lying on the sofa, they brought a small clothes rack and hung my shirts.

LLynne SWe loved this hotel. We chose a room with a pool which we could access directly from our patio. The room was very large with everything we needed. The staff were very friendly and attentive . The breakfast was very generous and delicious. We ate in the restaurant 2 nights out of the 5 nights we were there and the food was excellent. I would definitely recommend this lovely hotel.

QQAComplianceAuditorNew villa with potential but many shortcomingsSpent 7 days and 6 nights in this villa in April/May 2025. The villa is new, looks fresh, the staff are polite and try to smooth over the negative. However, I encountered issues that require the owner's attention. Without public reviews, the shortcomings will probably remain unchanged, as feedback to the staff rarely reaches the owner. Problems: 1. The air conditioners in the rooms are noisy, disturbing sleep. 2. There is no table, chairs or umbrella by the pool, which is inconvenient for relaxing outside. 3. The doors are without frames, close with difficulty, have gaps that let mosquitoes through and allow you to see what is happening inside. The stoppers are flimsy pieces of wood, some are broken, due to which the doors open the wrong way. 4. On the first day, the drain in the utility room (where the dispenser is) smelled like feces. The staff taped up the drain. A day later, the stench appeared in the showers on the second floor. This indicates errors in the design of the sewerage system: the shower drains are probably connected to the septic tank, like toilets, which is unacceptable. The stench appears from evening until morning every day. 5. In one bathroom on the second floor, the threshold is low and the floor is sloped not toward the drain, but toward the threshold. During a long shower, water flows out into the hallway, and over time it can drip onto the first floor. 6. On the first floor, thin curtains do not hide what is happening on the second floor of the neighboring house from the neighbors. 7. Wi-Fi works fine on the second floor, but on the first floor the signal is weak, often disappears, connection is difficult. 8. There are no hangers in the bathrooms, the employees put towels on the toilet lid, which is unhygienic. 9. There is construction under the windows, in the mornings there is noise from equipment and an old car with loud exhausts, the driver of which revs the engine for a long time. 10. Bottled water was not supplied for several days due to problems with the supplier. There are no toothbrushes in the bathroom, although everything else is in abundance. 11. On the sixth day, noisy neighbors checked in, yelling in the yard until late and preventing sleep. Their children were noisy early in the morning. Upon check-in, they do not instruct about the need to remain quiet after 20:00. 12. The water in the pool (25-26 ° C) is colder than the sea (30-32 ° C). Changing the water twice a day is a plus, but the noise of running water for hours can irritate those who like silence, and therefore once a day would be enough. Conclusion: If the business owner fixes the shortcomings, the villa can become a great place to relax. Otherwise, negative reviews and obsolescence (the villa is new, August 2024) will scare off tourists, especially for long-term stays. It is difficult to recommend at the moment, but the future depends on eliminating the problems.

AAnonymous UserWe stayed at D’Prima Hotel for 4 days and 3 nights, and overall, we really liked our stay. The location is good—there are lots of restaurants nearby, and it’s also easily accessible to the beach. The rooms are spacious, and the air conditioning is cold, which was great. We also appreciated that the hotel has a pool, a restaurant, and Wi-Fi. However, there were a few issues that could be improved. Despite paying for our stay, the hotel was reluctant to provide basic amenities. Refills for coffee, toothbrushes, and water were difficult to get they always say we need to pay even though they dont give us water for that day. Additionally, our room was make up room without our permission, which should not happen because we have a lot of important things in our room, although we do thank the staff who cleaned the room. Another concern was the early check-in process. We arrived around 1 PM and had lunch at the hotel restaurant while waiting. We requested an early check-in at 1:30 PM, if possible but they told us it was only possible at 2 PM. At 2 PM, no rooms were still available. The first room became available at 2:20 PM, then they told us we had to wait another 20 minutes for the second room. This was frustrating as we were very tired from traveling straight from a tour from another country. Overall, D’Prima Hotel has a great location, comfortable rooms, and nice facilities, but there’s room for improvement in amenities provision and check-in efficiency. Thank you

스루기루The location was very bad. The villa itself looks luxurious on the outside, but you can see the countryside just 10 steps away. Every time you pass by the hotel, you can make eye contact with several cows. It was said that it was a villa close to the beach, so I booked it with high expectations, but the beach was at least a 20-minute walk away. If you go up to the rooftop (2nd floor) of our villa, you can see the sea in the distance^^... So I didn't walk separately. (If you think of a beachfront hotel on Sanur Beach, it's Osan, Gyeonggi-do...) However, all of the staff were friendly and tried to respond quickly to requests. We were very grateful that they tried to accommodate our convenience as much as possible, such as renting a motorcycle (150,000 IDR per day), renting a lighter to light candles (free), etc. However, since our villa was open, it was full of ants, and after the sun went down, lizards crawled out and stuck to the walls. Saying that there are a lot of mosquitoes is just plain nagging... On the first day, we rented a motorcycle and went to a large supermarket to buy F Killa... The bathroom was larger than expected and was divided into a bathtub/toilet/shower space. I am satisfied with both the fact that there is a sink and that the sink is wide enough, but about 90% of the water in the shower room does not drain... When I take a shower, the water builds up on the floor of the shower room and flows out... So, after taking a shower, I wash it every day. We wiped the water off the floor with a towel together... There was a separate kitchen area, welcome fruit was prepared, a soft sofa was placed in front of the kitchen, and there was a private swimming pool. I was satisfied that I could use it, but the bean bag left next to the pool was torn, dirty, and messy. There were quite a few things I was satisfied with, but there were also many things I was dissatisfied with. There are no visiting doctors.

GGuest UserWe love heritage buildings and vintage style, so these little bungalows were perfect for us. They were a little walk away from the reception (no buggy!) which meant so peaceful and quiet! Gorgeous wooden bedroom and bathroom. The shower is a little outdated and when I first turned it on there was a sulphuric smell which was a bit concerning. Basically, if you like rustic, no frills, no extra service etc then these are a lovely cute experience. However, if you want luxury and are squeamish about old style open homes, this isn't for you. Breakfast was very basic so we generally ate out. The main receptionist was a lovely gentlemen, a very quick registration and we were in! Rooms were clean and nice and dark for a cosy sleep at night.

EElbogdLocation: The ocean and beach are just across the road, the shopping center is about a 10-minute walk, and various street food spots are a 3-minute walk away. Room: I had a wonderful Alam villa – a huge space with an endless woven ceiling and a large terrace. The bathroom was uniquely designed: partly indoors and partly open-air. Everything felt very traditionally Balinese: lush greenery, a stone bathtub, and floral green robes. It was cleaned every day. Staff: The staff were incredibly friendly. I forgot my key a couple of times, and they replaced it. In the mornings, they even let me make traditional flower paintings on the water. I initially booked the hotel for a couple of nights but ended up staying for a whole week!
