The place was incredibly clean and tidy. The environment was great, very quiet, and the location was super convenient – really close to the subway station with tons of food options right downstairs. I'll definitely stay here again. It was a truly memorable stay. The front desk service was excellent.

Location & Transport: Situated in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, it boasts convenient transportation and mature surrounding amenities, making it easy to get around and find food. Room Condition: This is a typical Hong Kong capsule hostel, compact but fully equipped. The bunk beds are clean and tidy, and the bedding is odorless. Ventilation and natural light from the window are decent. Facilities & Services: Basic accommodation facilities are complete, meeting the needs for an overnight stay and rest. The public areas are well-maintained. Ideal for budget-conscious backpackers or students on short stays, and travelers who prioritize location over luxurious accommodation.

The room was different than the pictures. There was a humid/mold smell in all of the building The location is very good. To use the elevator you need to wait a lot, I’m glad I was on 5th floor so I took the stairs. Most important it was clean.

Upon arrival, I was immediately offered a bottle of mineral water. The air conditioning was excellent, a stark contrast to hostels in mainland China; Hong Kong certainly doesn't skimp on AC. You can hear a bit of outside traffic, but once you're asleep, it's unnoticeable. The bed was really comfortable and I slept well. The outlets already have converters, so I just used their USB charging. The reception is on the 3rd floor and the rooms are on the 2nd, and there's an elevator. The bathroom is just outside the room, which is very convenient. The location is superb; there are buses nearby that go to the airport and several downtown areas. There's a tea house right across the street, and a metro station is less than a 5-minute walk away, along with a shopping mall. You can also use the pedestrian bridge nearby to walk to the temporary waterfront park across the way, then take the Star Ferry to Tsim Sha Tsui's Avenue of Stars and enjoy the sunset.

The good things first. The Location is amazing! Host is very responsive and helpfull. I forgot to write at what time i will arrive and despite that i had a very smooth check in. Hotel a little hidden, like most of the places i stayed at during my stay in china/ hongkong. Furthermore I really have to say the condition the room was in by itself wasthe worst i have ever experienced. (See Pictures). I had black hair everywhere, on the „freshly made“ bed, in the bathroom, even on my towel. I had to clean up thoroughly by myself so i felt better. I think i left the room more spotless then it was when i arrived. Bin was emptied every day. Maybe a small light for the nightstand would be nice. I know that you can not book cheap and expect a 5 Star Hotel. But basic hygiene should be the bare minimum.

Booked a triple room at Tianyi Hotel for a family trip, and the overall stay exceeded our expectations. The bathroom had a dry/wet separation, no unpleasant odors, and stable 24-hour hot water, with a full set of clean toiletries. The air conditioning was quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep, and the WiFi was fast and reliable for streaming and browsing. The front desk staff were friendly, check-in and check-out were quick, and requests were handled promptly. The hotel is conveniently located with plenty of dining and shopping options downstairs. It offers excellent value for money compared to other hotels in the same price range. We'll definitely choose this hotel again for future group trips. Highly recommended for families and friends looking for a triple room.

I stayed at Sydney Hotel in Hong Kong as a solo female traveler. The location was very convenient and close to everything, which was definitely the best part of the stay. However, I did not feel completely comfortable with the surrounding area downstairs, and the overall atmosphere made me feel uneasy at times. Unfortunately, this also affected my trust in the cleanliness and cleaning process of the hotel. The staff were polite, but personally I would not fully recommend this hotel for solo female travelers who are looking for a more comfortable and secure environment.

The value for money is outstanding; you can stay here for a hundred HKD in a prime Hong Kong location, far surpassing other accommodations in the area. While the rooms are generally on the smaller side, they are well-laid out and fully equipped. The decor is warm and unique, and the hygiene is meticulously maintained – clean and odorless. Each room comes with an private bathroom, disposable towels and toothbrushes, international power outlets, and even thoughtful USB charging cables, so the facilities are complete. The self check-in process is clear and efficient, handled quickly by scanning a QR code. The host is responsive and provides patient service, and security is well-assured. Whether you're traveling solo, on a business trip, or with a partner or friends, it's a perfect fit. It's an excellent choice for budget-conscious travelers, and having stayed here multiple times, I can highly attest to its value and convenience.

The room was beautiful and elegant, and the environment was quite good. The staff were warm and attentive; they were from Anhui, China, making communication very natural and friendly. The hotel's location is convenient, with many upscale shops nearby, and dining options are plentiful. It's also very close to Victoria Harbour. The price was reasonable, and I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Hong Kong.

The room amenities are excellent, especially the showerhead – the water pressure is strong and even, which made showering incredibly refreshing. The location is superb, right next to Prince Edward MTR station, making it super convenient for shopping and sightseeing. The bed felt a bit soft, which I found very comfortable for a good night's sleep.
