"It was very pleasant even though it's just one night. The room itself was immaculate though they did not clean up the toilet that well. The staff was nice. All three of them that I saw and even the guard is good. I will definitely come back to this hotel."

Aston residence location wise is good very close to town easy access to food center by walking distance and entertainment center too. Room quite spacious and facility such as gym swimming pool and many more can be utilized. Simple self check in process.

We had a very pleasant stay with our family and child. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, making it easy to rest and sleep well. The bed was very comfortable, and we especially appreciated the strong water pressure and consistently hot water in the bathroom. Everything was well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. We would happily stay here again on our next visit.

Clean and modern. 2 bed rooms and a sofa living room. Very homey Shower is separated from toilet by glass screen to keep toilet dry - a rare feature in homestays and even some lower end hotels. Greatly appreciated. Warning: No elevator to upper floors.

The reception staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. When I asked them to book a Grab, they arranged it quickly and efficiently. Their excellent service made my experience even more pleasant.

The room was decent yet the aircond seems like there is sensor so when the room reached the desire temperature, seems like the aircond turn off and will turn on again once it is hot. The staff was friendly and location was alright. Close to convenience store and other food stores.

The location is strategic, near harbourbay jetty 1.5km The green mosque, sederhana restaurant for nasi padang and other shop such is indomaret, alfomaret and other souvenirs shop are just walking distance. It is just the road always busy with morning market. The toilet cleanliness is quite poor. Bedsheet is old.
