GGuest UserWe stayed at Oakwood Hotel n Apartments 3 times. But this time round we stayed in their 2 bedroom executive suite. To us, Oakwood is the best hotel in Batam. Location is superb. Close to Batam Grand Mall, eateries and massage spas. Strongly recommended to book their Studio and 2 bedrooms suites. Rooms are very clean, cosy, nicely furnished and decorated, enough n conducive lightings, nice matching colours and new furniture n fittings. Very comfortable bed n pillows. Very nice n modern toilet/shower amenities. Strong aircon. Lots of TV channels, with Netflix n Youtube.
Buffet bfast average. But inroom dining foods are nicer and better in taste.
Customer service by all the staff are awesome.
Strongly recommended.

GGuest UserHotel room is very clean. Air-con are strong and cold. Water temperature can be easily adjusted and water pressure is strong too. Staffs are very friendly and attentive, especially Seiren who did the check-in for us. She rememberes us and greeted us every morning when we are having our breakfast.
Definitely a good place to stay in Batam.

AAnonymous UserOne of the best hotels I've ever been to. Liked the switches, really intuitive. Sockets were international so that was great. The swimming pool was nice and clean and there was a sauna too! The staff were really friendly, from the doormen to the breakfast crew to the lady at the gym/pool area. I really hope to stay here again in the future.
It's also near everything at Nagoya hill, there's a major mall right beside, laundry services nearby, etc. There's a direct link from the hotel to the mall, I only figured that out on my last day sadly.
So if anyone wants to know, the mall is right behind the hotel and you can exit from the back of the hotel.

PPopiahFirst time staying in this hotel, so far I would say is my best hotel stay in Batam. Nice and very clean room, good location to access to shopping, food or massage. Good breakfast spread, with the background of Batam downtown view from 18th floor. I would consider staying here again for my next trip to Batam.

RR.SashikumarWe stayed for 4 days and 3 nights and booked 2 rooms it was truly a pleasant experience from start to finish.
🏨 Housekeeping did an excellent job every day they changed the bed sheets and towels daily and even topped up mineral water without us needing to ask. Everything was always clean and fresh.
🍽️ Breakfast was excellent with a good variety, and all the staff were very polite and attentive.
☕ At the lounge, the staff were friendly, polite, and always served with a smile it really made us feel at home.
💁♀️ The front desk staff were also professional, polite, and treated us like real valued guests.
Overall, Asialink Hotel Batam by Prasanthi truly exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Batam great service, comfort, and warm hospitality 🌟

YyxineMy gf and me stayed here for our Batam trip last weekend. When we first entered our non-smoking room, there was a twinge of vape smell lingering in the air.
The room was well spaced out with many useful amenities such as furniture, drinking water, kettle, etc. I find the wall shelf by the TV a nice and useful addition. Our TV doesn’t have Netflix but carry some local channels as well as CNA. Although the few electrical sockets in the room are universal adaptors, they feel a bit loose when plugged in. Aircon and bathroom amenities such as water pressure and hot shower all work smoothly.
Our window overlooks the immediate neighbourhood and the room is relatively quiet throughout the stay. Sadly, I didn’t use their Wifi so can’t really comment on that. The hotel’s breakfast buffet had limited variety but the quality was good. The hotel is also at a convenient location within walking distance of two big malls, so plenty of food and entertainment!
All the staff we encountered in this hotel was super friendly and helpful. We only had one keycard given to us during check-in so when I was accidentally stuck downstairs without a card, the lady at the concierge quickly made me a new one so I could get back to my room. The day after checking out of the hotel, I realised I lost my beloved earpods and whatsapp-ed the hotel in the slim hope of finding it back. Within minutes, I got a message from the concierge, accompanied with a picture of my lost item! I shall definitely return to stay with them again very soon ^^

Informed house keeper Ahemad to check with upper unit , nothing was done, whole night water leaking from ceiling non stop till daytime still leaking.

༃༃྅nuo༉xi༊Amenities: Toiletries were provided, but I brought my own shampoo. The lack of a hairdryer was a bit inconvenient.
Cleanliness: The room, including the bathroom, was very clean. Staff cleaned the room daily.
Environment: The room was filled with a scent, which I personally didn't care for. The room faced the street and was extremely noisy. On the first night, I had a splitting headache and had to buy painkillers from across the street just to get some sleep. Light sleepers might find this quite challenging.
Service: The staff were very pleasant, polite, and efficient.
