Anonymous UserThe hotel is clean and cozy, and the staff is super friendly. There's tons of food, amenities, and two malls within walking distance. The room is very big with all the basics, and the bed is huge and soft. Some shops even deliver to the hotel for convenience. The hotel is keyless and feels safe. The location is also easy for Grab drivers to find. Overall my stay is satisfied! 😊

Toh Ching Chian JimBooked a smoking room but was informed the room type has no smoking room. If the room type has no smoking room, the website should indicate no smoking room instead of indicating some rooms are non smoking room which misled me to book the room. Room has no fridge which makes the stay worse. Asked the reception and was told that all rooms in the hotel has no fridge. Will not go back to the hotel next time.

Room location is great with many eateries n near to market. However service from housekeeper was no good. No housekeeping as stated in booking daily housekeeping available until we complained. No water bottle replenished. Basin is dirty n choked. Shower head is too high n couldn't be adjusted. Given another pillow was dirty with stain without cover..Wonder how to sleep on it. Spouse's leg was cut by sharo edge of bed. Pot was rusty how to use. Tissue paper was changed to small sheets from big sheets..not professional at all.
Though we complained however glad owner or manager took efforts to rectify but still no water bottles replenished. Should give us regardless if we bought.
Room with good view but appreciate better provision n housekeeping since we stay for 3 days.

Anonymous UserGood service and location, but room condition and pre-booking transparency need improvement
We booked two different room types: a one-bedroom unit with living room and a Studio.
First, the positives. The service team was responsive and helpful through WhatsApp. The standard check-in was 3:00 PM, but when we asked at around 1:30 PM whether early check-in was possible, they managed to let us check in at approximately 1:45 PM. We genuinely appreciated this.
The location was good and the property itself has good potential. Unfortunately, the condition of the units did not quite match what we expected for the price paid.
The one-bedroom + living room unit had an unpleasant smell, visible pre-existing damage to the decorative wall below the TV and other wall maintenance issues. The bedroom door also felt unusually thin and lightweight, affecting the sense of privacy and sound insulation.
The Studio unit had no usable curtain covering the large glass window/balcony door beside the bed, affecting privacy and rest. We later found what appeared to be the curtain stored in a drawer, but the required holding bar was missing so we could not reinstall it.
We also found broken plastic components stored in a kitchen cupboard. More importantly, the entrance-door strike plate was loose and the surrounding frame showed cracking. We sometimes had to manually press the strike plate into position in order to properly close and lock the door.
These appeared to be pre-existing maintenance issues.
Another surprise was that detailed House Rules were only provided through WhatsApp on the day of check-in. These included no daily housekeeping, no replacement of towels/linen/amenities during the stay, and a requirement for guests to dispose of their own rubbish before checkout.
We understand that an apartment/residence operates differently from a full-service hotel, and we do not expect 5-star hotel service. However, important service conditions should be clearly disclosed before booking and payment so travellers can make an informed choice.
Likewise, an apartment does not need to be perfect. Cosmetic wear can be acceptable. But known defects or missed maintenance should ideally be addressed before check-in or communicated to the guest beforehand, particularly when they affect privacy, security or normal use of the room.
As travellers, we also do not expect to become room inspectors immediately after arrival, photographing every existing scratch, damaged wall or fitting simply to establish that we did not cause it.
For the price paid, the condition unfortunately felt below some less expensive inns/hotels we have previously stayed in.
This is not a bad property. The location is good, the service team was responsive, and with better maintenance and pre-arrival quality control it could be a very nice place to stay.
Our main disappointment was the loss of informed choice. Had we known the actual condition and service arrangements beforehand, we could have accepted them, requested another available unit, or chosen different accommodation before arriving.
Overall: good service, good location and good potential, but room maintenance, quality control and transparency before booking need improvement.

Guest UserIn my opinion, the room was a bit dirty with old paint, and the kitchen sink was unusable. The kitchen equipment was basic, and the bathroom was just okay. The view, however, was great; we could see the city of Nagoya, and the night view was beautiful, allowing us to watch the go-karting. There was no Qibla direction marker, the Wi-Fi didn't work properly (it kept cutting in and out), and the TV only had YouTube. This was quite disappointing, especially since it was our anniversary, and we couldn't watch any other channels because the Wi-Fi was so unreliable. So, overall, I'd say it was just an average apartment stay.
Thank you

ashaari MohterOverall staycation was good. Few comments for the management:
1. Basin sink bit smelly. Need to improve
2. Require deposit for staycation. Pls improve deposit option via card credits / bank in transfer as alternative for customer to pay. Because foreigners need cash for shopping in your country. If management only accept cash, you actually reduce Indonesia economy. Because each cash value for shopping instead keep for deposit.
Othrs i guest okay & good to go.

The environment here is great, and there are plenty of amenities nearby, including lots of delicious food. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit. Highly recommend it to everyone!
