Lili HungIt's definitely comfortable, quiet, and if you're hungry, there's a mini market and cafe. Even outside the complex, there are food vendors lined up. Even in your room, you won't go hungry 😂 The owner is generous and provides snacks and is friendly. Thank you, owner, GBU.

The place is will located within reach to food , masssge, and shopping. It’s near to batam centre ferry.
The room was well maintained. Few items to add to make the stay more pleasant; basic toiletries to to added. How dryer; ironing equipment. The room to add a coffee table next to the sofa
Overall it’s a nice place for a short stay.

Guest UserWe had a very pleasant stay with our family and child. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, making it easy to rest and sleep well. The bed was very comfortable, and we especially appreciated the strong water pressure and consistently hot water in the bathroom. Everything was well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. We would happily stay here again on our next visit.

Reach the favehotel lobby but there was no further instruction on how to get the key to the unit. Luckily my supir was there to help and help me to call the number registered in trip.com and he did communicate with the owner of the residence and arrange the key to be passed to me.
The host need to update to the guest and actively keep in touch through trip.com apps for smoother check in and check out.
Other than that the cleanliness and the amenities provided are good and well prepared.

Location a bit far to DBS shopping mall, had to a cab everytime to go out for food or shops. Facility in room is good, had all the utensil like microwave, refrigerator n coffee maker.
