"Aston Review: I highly recommend everyone visiting Batam to stay at Aston! This is my second time in Batam, and my second stay at this hotel! ❤️ This time (August 29-31) was super busy; the hotel was almost fully booked, and some items at the breakfast buffet weren't replenished quickly enough. I hope the hotel can arrange more staff on weekends to ensure faster replenishment and replacement of food at the breakfast buffet, and more efficient cleaning! ✅ The air conditioning is very cold (when you check in and open the room door, the AC is already on and waiting for you!) ✅ The room is clean, tidy, and very spacious. ✅ There's a swimming pool, a huge gym (you can even train for HYROX!), a sauna, and massage services. ✅ Breakfast offers a very wide and rich selection! Many local Indonesian specialties, almost everything you can think of! ✅ International adapters are available for direct charging. ✅ Many TV channels, including CCTV, Phoenix Satellite TV, Celestial Movies, as well as Korean and Japanese channels. ✅ The bed is huge and incredibly comfortable! ✅ There's a refrigerator, a bathtub 🛁, and a safe. ✅ Very thoughtful! Simple anniversary decorations + a cake (we saw it right when we checked in and opened the door ❤️). ✅ Hotel staff help open doors and carry luggage. ✅ The hotel is right next door (to the right), just a 5-minute walk to Pisang Keju Terowongan – very affordable and freshly baked! Overall, I'm still very satisfied with my second stay! The next time I visit Batam, I will definitely consider staying at Aston again! ❤️"

"Had a pleasant stay at Beverly Hotel Batam. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. The location was also convenient for getting around Batam. Overall, a good hotel for a short stay, and I’d be happy to come back again."

"Staff Harris Hotel bernama Andika, i nk credit untuk kamu.. from day 1 till last day kamu sntiasa ada.. not only u.. all the staff bagus2.. tapi kamu sntiasa make us feel like a family.. anwy, we Had a really enjoyable stay at Harris Hotel! 🥰 The room was comfortable and clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was really nice. My family and I had a great time staying here. Everything was convenient and made our trip even more enjoyable. Definitely a hotel I’d be happy to come back to again! owh.. not forgotten, for those coffee lover dlm bilik ada coffee machine❤️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Very comfortable stay at this hotel. Nearby a lot of food choices, beside our hotel is A2 food court, with a lot of seafood choices. Opposite the hotel got a lot of massage parlors. Nearby got K circle if you need any snacks. Definitely gonna come back here to stay again."

"The hotel staff were all very friendly, polite, and helpful, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. However, I would only give the cleanliness 3/5. The bed sheets and linens in the room were quite dirty. I would also recommend bringing your own water filter, as the water provided was honestly quite dirty."

"Not a new hotel... Previously occupied by Da Vienna Boutique hotel. New company take over by Ascott group rebrand to Fox. All new designs and furniture... Friendly Receptionist.. shout-out to Mas Adri.. friendly.. explained and give recommendations. Top notch service and personality from him. Room... Aircon not as cool as I wish... Central Aircon I guess... Shower be careful... Heater u turn left or right... Same temperature 🌡️🤒 Restaurants too much offering for breakfast quantity over quality But overall nice stay."

"We had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. The hotel is modern, clean, and conveniently located. We especially enjoyed the wide selection at breakfast, with plenty of choices available. The staff at the restaurant were attentive, friendly, and welcoming, making our dining experience even more pleasant. We also loved relaxing at the Infinity Pool, which was a great highlight of our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay at Oakwood Batam again. Highly recommended!"

"I stayed here during a long public holiday weekend in Singapore, and honestly… don’t expect too much. 😂 I specifically requested a room with two beds, but I got only one bed. I also requested a high floor, but got a low floor instead. So I guess my requests were just suggestions. 😂 The in-room Google device was another story. I tried talking to it, but it seemed to understand absolutely nothing I said. Maybe we were speaking completely different languages. 😂 In the end, I just gave up. I stayed with a friend, so there were two of us in the room. We were given 2 large towels, 1 small towel and 1 bath mat. Honestly, I have no idea what the one small towel was supposed to be for. 😂 For two people, it’s basically useless. Next time, you might as well not give us one — at least we won’t have to figure out how two people are supposed to share one tiny towel. 😂 And then came breakfast… Breakfast was extremely chaotic and crowded. The most ridiculous part was when an auntie literally took our table while my friend and I were getting food. We had already taken the table. We didn’t leave the restaurant or anything — we were literally just a few steps away getting our food. But she came over and sat at our table anyway, as if it was suddenly hers. 😂 The staff saw what happened but basically just stood there and watched. We didn’t argue with her or make a scene. We simply moved to another table because honestly, it wasn’t worth the trouble. 😂 As for the breakfast itself, it wasn’t good, but it was edible. So… I guess that’s something. 😂 Would I recommend this hotel? Only if you come with very low expectations. 😂 If you decide to stay here, I’d recommend NOT booking the room with breakfast included. Sleep in, wake up late, and go somewhere else for lunch. Honestly, you’ll probably have a better experience. Overall, not the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at, but definitely not somewhere I’d be excited to come back to. 😂"

"Room is big and provide bedroom slippers with toothpaste and toothbrush. Great location with plenty of food choices. Surrounding has massage places. 10mins walk to famous Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall. Easy to get grab to go other places too. Down side is level 1 to 5 are guest room only and breakfast is opposite hotel with limited food choices"
