Few times we stayed in with Nagoya Hills Hotel only during tis visit realised that Bath & hand towels seem like not really white in color. Everything was excellent. Hope will improve.

I had a great time at this hotel. Concierge is super friendly and kind. Room is clean & cosy. Breafast buffet is Amazing! Hotel is just next to Nagoya hill mall! Defenetely will booked at this hotel again for my next Batam vacation. Thank you
