DDelon AngFirst time to Batam, hotel location is next to the mall which you may get what you need from mall and shops nearby.
The hotel breakfast had variations choice and good. Overall the experience staying in this hotel was great.
There is a swimming pool at Level 2 and and massage center inside hotel with reasonable price.
If you are coming over follow those youtuber and online recommendations, you are a bit remote and need to go by car. This place may be good for business traveller but for backpacker or light traveller, you may choose to stay near the attractions where you can reach within walking distance.

đ¨ Housekeeping did an excellent job every day they changed the bed sheets and towels daily and even topped up mineral water without us needing to ask. Everything was always clean and fresh.
đ˝ď¸ Breakfast was excellent with a good variety, and all the staff were very polite and attentive.
â At the lounge, the staff were friendly, polite, and always served with a smile it really made us feel at home.
đâď¸ The front desk staff were also professional, polite, and treated us like real valued guests.
Overall, Asialink Hotel Batam by Prasanthi truly exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Batam great service, comfort, and warm hospitality đ

YyxineMy gf and me stayed here for our Batam trip last weekend. When we first entered our non-smoking room, there was a twinge of vape smell lingering in the air.
The room was well spaced out with many useful amenities such as furniture, drinking water, kettle, etc. I find the wall shelf by the TV a nice and useful addition. Our TV doesnât have Netflix but carry some local channels as well as CNA. Although the few electrical sockets in the room are universal adaptors, they feel a bit loose when plugged in. Aircon and bathroom amenities such as water pressure and hot shower all work smoothly.
Our window overlooks the immediate neighbourhood and the room is relatively quiet throughout the stay. Sadly, I didnât use their Wifi so canât really comment on that. The hotelâs breakfast buffet had limited variety but the quality was good. The hotel is also at a convenient location within walking distance of two big malls, so plenty of food and entertainment!
All the staff we encountered in this hotel was super friendly and helpful. We only had one keycard given to us during check-in so when I was accidentally stuck downstairs without a card, the lady at the concierge quickly made me a new one so I could get back to my room. The day after checking out of the hotel, I realised I lost my beloved earpods and whatsapp-ed the hotel in the slim hope of finding it back. Within minutes, I got a message from the concierge, accompanied with a picture of my lost item! I shall definitely return to stay with them again very soon ^^

ZZara_77We went here for 4D3N. We were told by the receptionist that we were not given the free breakfast for the 3 days cos when ******* took over the TRIP.COM, we were not given any. But surprisingly on our last day, before we checked out, we went for breakfast and were told that our room was inside the list. No other amenities aside from the room. No swimming pool and gym around too. The security guard was good and friendly. There's 2 shopping malls but you need to walk at least 10-15mins if you know the way.

GG_MOur family had a wonderful stay at this resort. We truly enjoyed the wide range of amenities available, which made our time together even more memorable. One of my favorite moments was playing table tennis and billiards with my father, a simple yet meaningful bonding experience. The resort also offers a karaoke area that the whole family can enjoy, adding lots of fun and laughter to our stay. The pool was well maintained and relaxing, and the beach area was equally pleasant, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the view. Having several restaurants within the resort was very convenient, giving us plenty of dining options without needing to go elsewhere. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable family getaway, and we would definitely love to come back again.

MMiniho83Initially skeptical due to some bad reviews on cleanliness, but Iâm so glad I booked! The hotelâs location is perfect close to malls, great food and even alot of massage parlor nearby. The room was comfortable, and everything worked out better than expected. Iâll definitely stay here again on my next trip!

nuoŕźxiŕźAmenities: Toiletries were provided, but I brought my own shampoo. The lack of a hairdryer was a bit inconvenient.
Cleanliness: The room, including the bathroom, was very clean. Staff cleaned the room daily.
Environment: The room was filled with a scent, which I personally didn't care for. The room faced the street and was extremely noisy. On the first night, I had a splitting headache and had to buy painkillers from across the street just to get some sleep. Light sleepers might find this quite challenging.
Service: The staff were very pleasant, polite, and efficient.

NNurshairahEnjoyed our stay alot. My mil who has limited walking finds the place comfortable too. Breakfast also never failed us. As the menu change variety dailyđ the Arab coffee is delicious too.
