"Overall a decent hotel. Location is on an elavated land overlooking Batam city. However, there are no convenient store or massage place within walking distance around the hotel vicinity. A vending machine is available at the hotel lobby instead. The smoking rooms at level 7 have strong cigarettes smell. Service staff helped us change room upon request which is great. However, our room is missing the sofa set in front of the TV which is different from photos advertise in hotel booking websites. The rooms are spacious. The swimming pool is nice. The highlight of this hotel would be it's rooftop fusion bar ”Full Moon” offering delicious food."

DdondoniThe hotel's location is excellent, right across from Batam's largest shopping mall. The facilities are comprehensive, and the environment is comfortable. The room insulation is great, the bed is very comfortable, and the curtains provide good blackout. The breakfast spread was incredibly rich, and they even offered complimentary laundry service. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

JJeremyKim19922No issues, but it's a bit noisy at night since it's next to the road. On the other hand, it's convenient because it's in the city center. The room was clean, and the restaurant on the 4th floor was also spotless.

AAnonymous UserHans Inn hotel at present is upgrading, but not noisy even during the daytime. Numerous times, staying at this hotel. Food, shopping mall walking distance. This hotel is nearby Nagoya City Walk and Nagoya food center. The room is spacious, but the lighting is a bit dim. Overall worth the stay.

AAnnieECFGreat experience in this hotel, although slide uncomfortable experience with the arrangement of the rooms, as I requested 4 non-smoking room but got smoking rooms instead. However, front desk was able to squeeze in 1 nonsmoking room for us, which was still bearable. One of our family members had her birthday on the 2nd day of the stay, so the staff was able to light decorate the room, and have a special arrangement for breakfast. Great experience for us!

PPy_1991I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, making it convenient to explore the area. The staff were very friendly and provided great service throughout my stay. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would love to stay here again in the future.

Next to Favehotel, just step down you may have everything you like to eat and cheap, walking distance to go Nagoyahill mall and nearby shops and restaurants
Great views from balcony can enjoy watching rooftop go-cart till late night and you still can sleep after midnight alot more quiet...a good place for travelling with families or friends, the staff at lobby is very friendly and helpful
