DDanny Tan 6668A very nice hotel with good location, going to Batam Nagoya Hills Shopping Centre is within walking distance. The receptionist is also friendly. Highly recommended for short trips stay.

SShaliezah SetiakuNice view and cosy. Hotel located about 200m up the hill. There are shuttle bus provided certains timing to Nagoya Hill. Breakfast was great with plenty of choices.

༃༃྅nuo༉xi༊Amenities: Toiletries were provided, but I brought my own shampoo. The lack of a hairdryer was a bit inconvenient.
Cleanliness: The room, including the bathroom, was very clean. Staff cleaned the room daily.
Environment: The room was filled with a scent, which I personally didn't care for. The room faced the street and was extremely noisy. On the first night, I had a splitting headache and had to buy painkillers from across the street just to get some sleep. Light sleepers might find this quite challenging.
Service: The staff were very pleasant, polite, and efficient.

The rooms were clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would love to stay here again in the future.
