Nice view and cosy. Hotel located about 200m up the hill. There are shuttle bus provided certains timing to Nagoya Hill. Breakfast was great with plenty of choices.

The staff are friendly and helpful. When we ordered GrabFood, the order was left outside of the hotel at the security area. The staff kindly helped to bring it in for us.

The counter staff was friendly and helpful.
The hotel is far from the shopping center, but the hotel provides shuttle bus service, which is quite convenient.
Hotel lobby is magnificent, with many antiques and is great for taking photos.
The breakfast was delicious and the waiter service was great.
Overall, happy to stay in this hotel.
