The room is very dusty and got a musky smell, the tap water is yellowish with rusty iron smell, the hotel breakfast is horrendous. The hotel is very old and run down. And they charge for extra towel and pillows. Will definitely not come back again

I booked for staycation with my sis. It was pleasant stay. The Hotel and room was very clean. The location is convenient and accessible to many food stalls. Love it

The swimming pool and sauna are badly maintained. no staff attend to us during our stay. quite poor service. breakfast also not up to 3--4 star standard

Walkable distance to Nagoya hill was a plus point. Cleanliness need some serious improvement. The rooms were not well maintained. Some of the lights were not working. The bathroom looked dirty and the tub seemed rusty. The water heater wasn’t working properly.
