Good location. Situated about 10-15 mins drive from Batam Center Ferry Terminal in the Nagoya area, with plenty of malls and eateries nearby. Rooms were pretty standard; clean and modern-looking. The breakfast buffet spread was simple but still satisfying. Overall an enjoyable stay with nothing to complain about.

This hotel is extremely convenient and an excellent choice for accommodation. There are massage services and a food store nearby to enjoy and explore. I will definitely be returning to this hotel again!

Staffs were very helpful and the room was set up really nicely for our proposal request. Hotel is also located at a very strategic location, walking distance from two popular malls and A2 foodcourt. Is also easy to get a grab if you want to travel further. Overall, the hotel is very clean and new. Area of improvement: can have more variety for the morning breakfast buffet

The hotel is clean and pleasant. Location is excellent. There is a convenience store just outside the hotel. And a few minutes walk there are shops selling dried good and Indonesian tidbits. The grand mall is just across the road. Overall it is a good experience staying at this hotel. Will come back again.

Great location, surrounded by food.
The minus point is only the bathroom slipper, it was a reused one, which is not hygiene. Should have provide a new one.
