The sofa underneath wasn't cleaned properly; there were sunflower seed shells. The remote control in the room couldn't operate the screen mirroring function. After mirroring, the TV volume was very loud. I struggled with it for a long time and couldn't fix it. Only after calling the front desk did they bring another remote control. This is really hard to understand; do guests have to call and ask before you provide a working one?

The hotel has a large yard and convenient parking. The rooms are spacious and clean, the breakfast is full, and the service attitude is particularly good. Not far from the Dinosaur Museum and Chaorantai, Zhucheng is a very clean city, walking to the old brand Zhigang roast meat, delicious.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. Its location is convenient for getting anywhere, and the service attitude was fantastic! It was super quiet for sleeping, which I really appreciate in a hotel. The facilities are new, clean, and the hygiene is good. When I travel, the hotel is my main priority.

Hampton by Hilton is my top choice when traveling to Qingzhou! My entire stay, from check-in to check-out, was incredibly pleasant and the experience was truly fantastic 💯. • Service: The front desk staff were efficient and enthusiastic, proactively upgrading my room and greeting me promptly. The delivery robot was quick and responsive. • Room: The room was spacious and bright, featuring a modern, minimalist design. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom had a dry/wet separation, and the water pressure was stable with plenty of hot water. • Breakfast: The breakfast offered a rich variety of both Chinese and Western options, all fresh and delicious. I even got to try Qingzhou Qiugao. • Location: It's about a 10-minute taxi ride to the Ancient City, Museum, and High-Speed Rail Station, and it's close to Taihua Shopping Mall. Free parking makes it super convenient for those traveling by car. Overall, it's impeccable. Perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. Highly recommended!

I chose this hotel for my trip and overall, my stay was very satisfying. The hotel's location is quite good, making it convenient for both commuting and running errands. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. All the room amenities were fully functional, with hot water and air conditioning working perfectly. The soundproofing was also decent, so it was quiet for rest at night. The front desk staff were gentle and attentive, processing check-in and check-out quickly, and were very patient when I had questions. The hotel's cleanliness details were well-maintained, and the public areas were also kept neat. The value for money is excellent, making it suitable for both business trips and short getaways. I'll definitely consider staying here first again on my next visit to the area, and I highly recommend it to everyone.

Choosing this hotel was definitely a hit, no regrets! During the day, we explored celebrity residences and recited Dongpo's poems from the Chaoran Platform. In our leisure time, we also managed to visit the Dinosaur Museum to experience prehistoric wonders. The hotel's transportation is convenient, it's clean and comfortable, and the staff were very attentive and helpful, answering all our questions. When our takeout arrived, a robot even delivered it to our room! The housekeeping lady was also quick to bring us anything we needed. It was really great.

The luxurious room is only luxurious because It’s big there is marble everywhere, but you can hear all sounds from next rooms, the water is almost quite cold and the flow is really little, the AC regulation is a nightmare, the breakfast buffet is cold and not pleasant for foreigners, and the restaurant atmosphere is cold in winter.

Super friendly and helpful staff, and the hotel is new and clean. We've enjoyed our stay in general minus a few annoyances. The three things that came to mind were: 1. the room keys would randomly stop working and we had to keep asking for either new ones or reactivations; 2. The housekeeping did not replace our toilet paper when they were out; 3. the laundry facility did not function as it should, as the dryer would not properly dry our clothes. Just a few things to keep in mind. We would still book here again but would love for the hotel management to address the issues noted above.

Right next to a shopping mall, so dining and entertainment options are super convenient. It's also not far from the ancient city. In Qingzhou, this hotel is definitely one of the top choices. Breakfast is convenient, but it really needs to live up to the standard of the Weifang headquarters.

The transportation was very convenient, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Overall, I was very satisfied with this stay. I especially want to thank staff member Ji, who provided warm and thoughtful service throughout my stay, from check-in to check-out, and was always prompt and efficient in responding to my requests.
