There’s a snack supermarket opposite the hotel (3 minutes walk). Very good deals and varieties. Post office is opposite as well. About 15 minutes drive to 观海园 to watch sun rise. Should do so as the sun rise is beautiful with unblocked view. Hotel room is kept clean and tidy. Shower can be a bit small on 6th floor. Room cleaning is well done. Toilet had a smoke smell when I checked in. Reception offered to change a room but I asked for a spray down of the toilet which did the trick. Friendly reception staff. Warm and welcoming.

The location is decent, and there's a snack street downstairs which is convenient for food. However, the soundproofing is absolutely terrible. There was an event happening at Yun Ding Plaza across the street, and the music was thumping until past 9 PM, finally quieting down after someone called the police. Then, just as I was finally about to fall asleep around 10 PM, a group of people started playing cards in the next room, and I could hear everything crystal clear until after midnight. It was so noisy it was driving me crazy.
