"We usually love staying at Atour hotels, but this particular one was disappointing. The hotel feels very outdated and poorly maintained. The elevator was quite concerning to use, and the room clearly needed more attention. The AC was dusty, there were dirty corners throughout the room, and we even found hair from previous guests in the shower. Management should pay closer attention to cleanliness and maintenance standards, as many basic issues seem to be overlooked. Another frustrating issue was the night reception team. I ordered food and pharmacy items, but nobody sent them up despite the delivery robot sitting unused at the charging station. After waiting for a long time, I had to go downstairs in the middle of the night only to find my deliveries had been sitting there the whole time. Definitely not the standard I’ve come to expect from Atour."

Breakfast was different every day; I especially want to mention the delicious wontons. Convenient transportation; it's very close to the Victory Restaurant on Beida Street by taxi, and to Guanhaiyuan Park to watch the sunrise. Qiyuan Garden and the Zhang Leping Memorial Hall are right outside the door, just a 2-3 minute walk. By the way, you can visit the Zhang Yuanji Library in the evening; it's free, quiet, and very comfortable. Overall, a perfect score!"
