This Holiday Inn in Haiyan was absolutely amazing, it completely cured my travel fatigue. The room was spacious and quiet, and I rested very comfortably; the service was so warm and welcoming, especially the receptionist, Ms. Liu, who was so thoughtful and attentive – a huge thumbs up!

I stayed in Haiyan for two days on a business trip. Although it was cold outside, the room was warm, large and cozy. In the morning, I found that there was body lotion in the room. This is so considerate. I quickly used it. It is silky and smooth. The fragrance is still good. The breakfast is also very rich. I like to eat the freshly wrapped wontons with seaweed soup. After eating, the security guard who collected the breakfast ticket will also say... I smiled and nodded. The service quality is excellent. I will stay at this hotel again if I have the opportunity to travel on business in the future!

Our first time staying in this hotel , We chose it because it was 1 of only 3 that had a swimming pool , a call was made the day before we booked to make sure the pool was open, as with previous experience you cannot rely on trip.com to give accurate Information , on arrival we were then informed that the pool was an external business, that a swimming cap was reguired , which we had not been informed of when asking about the pool, this was another 135cny , which made the overall cost more than the Ramada hotel, thankfully the manager of the hotel accepted this responsibility and provided a solution, thank you , everything else had been great upto this point and the front desk staff the next morning were kind enough to shower our daughter with gifts , thank you again, we will book again next time, more prepared

Nice Stay at the Heyuan Hotel I had a good experience at the Heyuan Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet—perfect for relaxing. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Access to the hotel was just okay; it’s a bit out of the way, but manageable with a taxi. Overall, a peaceful and decent place to stay.

The room price is very cost-effective. I booked a standard room with a double bed and a lake view for one night. When I renewed my reservation, the same room was no longer available. I changed it to a twin room with a lake view. The only drawback was that the room I changed to the next day was a recessed room facing the lake. , blocking part of the beautiful lake view, but everything else is good, there is a filling breakfast, and the room is relatively clean.
