After arriving, the boss enthusiastically introduced the scenic spots in the North and South Lake Scenic Area. It was really super enthusiastic. The hotel environment is very good, the door is to see the mountain, and the Qiantang River can be seen in the distance, especially suitable for a daze on the balcony. The boss has two cute puppies, and the children especially like it. In the morning, the boss also enthusiastically invited the two babies to walk the dog, and the children had a great time. In addition, the north and south lakes in the misty rain are really beautiful, and they don't lose to the West Lake at all. This trip, just in response to the baby, then said ”lower the value of expectations, life is full of surprises”.

The most satisfying hotel for this trip! The location is very good to find, just in the center of the business district, travel is very convenient. The front desk lady has a super good service attitude and check-in is very fast. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was very comfortable to sleep, the soundproofing was good, and I slept until dawn. Very good value for money, will come again next time!

Very new hotel. There’s a robot to deliver what you need - from food deliveries to bottled water from the hotel. Love this automated service. Efficient. Hotel is in a quiet area which’s nice. There’s a snack supermarket opposite the hotel (3 minutes walk). Very good deals and varieties. Post office is opposite as well. About 15 minutes drive to 观海园 to watch sun rise. Should do so as the sun rise is beautiful with unblocked view. Hotel room is kept clean and tidy. Shower can be a bit small on 6th floor. Room cleaning is well done. Toilet had a smoke smell when I checked in. Reception offered to change a room but I asked for a spray down of the toilet which did the trick. Friendly reception staff. Warm and welcoming.

This hotel offers great value for money. The rooms are spacious, and the breakfast spread is excellent with a wide variety of options. We traveled with elderly family members and children, and everyone was very satisfied. A special shout-out to Xiao Tian at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful and friendly! 👍

Although I booked a special room, the environment and facilities were not ambiguous at all. It was very clean and the service was very good and attentive. I ran out of water and wanted to buy two bottles. The lady at the front desk actually gave me two bottles. Although It’s not much money, but I feel favored, haha! The most recommended thing is the huge free parking lot. It’s important to have a parking lot when you go out! It was a very pleasant stay. I will recommend this hotel to my friends next time!

I stayed in Haiyan for two days on a business trip. Although it was cold outside, the room was warm, large and cozy. I arrived at the hotel very late at night, but the beautiful woman at the front desk was very enthusiastic and told me to have breakfast on the first floor because I was very tired after a long day of driving. , so I took a hot bath and went to sleep. I was a little too familiar with the bed and was afraid of insomnia. Unexpectedly, I woke up at almost 8 o'clock. Oh my God, the bed is so comfortable. In the morning, I found that there was body lotion in the room. This is so considerate. I quickly used it. It is silky and smooth. The fragrance is still good. The breakfast is also very rich. I like to eat the freshly wrapped wontons with seaweed soup. After eating, the security guard who collected the breakfast ticket will also say... I smiled and nodded. The service quality is excellent. I will stay at this hotel again if I have the opportunity to travel on business in the future!

Nice Stay at the Heyuan Hotel I had a good experience at the Heyuan Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet—perfect for relaxing. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Access to the hotel was just okay; it’s a bit out of the way, but manageable with a taxi. Overall, a peaceful and decent place to stay.

Our first time staying in this hotel , We chose it because it was 1 of only 3 that had a swimming pool , a call was made the day before we booked to make sure the pool was open, as with previous experience you cannot rely on trip.com to give accurate Information , on arrival we were then informed that the pool was an external business, that a swimming cap was reguired , which we had not been informed of when asking about the pool, this was another 135cny , which made the overall cost more than the Ramada hotel, thankfully the manager of the hotel accepted this responsibility and provided a solution, thank you , everything else had been great upto this point and the front desk staff the next morning were kind enough to shower our daughter with gifts , thank you again, we will book again next time, more prepared

Although the hotel facilities are old, it is cost-effective. Disadvantages: The water in the bathtub was green on the first day. The staff said that it might be full and the water consumption was high, so they put more water in. Although I don’t know why, the water returned to normal on the second day. Breakfast is only until 9 o’clock, and it costs 38 yuan for children over 1.2 meters tall. The order of holiday breakfast is a bit chaotic, and the categories are not complete. The Qiyuan pancake next to it on the second day is more fragrant, but the breakfast coupon cannot be refunded, nor can it be deducted from the extra children’s breakfast on the first day. There are no separate children’s products. When checking out, the staff said that it is OK to give the card directly, and did not ask to verify the bill, and deducted the money directly.

it has been in business for a long time so most of the things aren’t the most upcoming, but it offers everything a traditional full service hotel offers, including the small items many newer hotels may skip. Location is super, especially the variety of restaurants. The room I stay has a great view of the bay and the bridge, which is lit in evening and the view is great. The elevator is outside of the wall and of full glass, it intends to offer riders full street view. The down side is facilities do look old and windows could use some cleaning.
