From the moment I arrived at the hotel, I felt incredibly caring. The front desk staff was friendly and professional, and check-in was efficient and quick. They even proactively upgraded my room, provided a detailed explanation of the hotel's amenities, and offered delicious fruit. The hotel's comprehensive and intelligent facilities completely exceeded my expectations! The bedding was comfortable and soft, the smart curtains and lighting control system were incredibly convenient, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. Breakfast on the 6th floor was plentiful, and the freshly made wontons and noodles with toppings were truly impressive and delicious. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable! The room was spotless, the bathroom glass and hardware sparkled like new, and the sheets and towels had a subtle fragrance, clearly demonstrating rigorous disinfection. Common areas (such as the lobby, elevators, and restaurant) are maintained at all times by cleaning staff, making it a worry-free stay even for children. The hotel is ideally located in a quiet area convenient for shopping and dining. The management team's attention to detail is evident in every detail, truly making guests feel at home. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip and recommend it to all my friends!

GGuest UserThe room is very nice and tidy. It is newly renovated and looks very high-end. There is also a robot that delivers food to the door. It is very technological and the location is convenient. It is basically in the city center. Parking is free and you don’t have to worry about it. There is a parking space. The waiters were also very enthusiastic and patient. Overall, it was a great experience.

GGuest UserAlthough I booked a special room, the environment and facilities were not ambiguous at all. It was very clean and the service was very good and attentive. I ran out of water and wanted to buy two bottles. The lady at the front desk actually gave me two bottles. Although It’s not much money, but I feel favored, haha! The most recommended thing is the huge free parking lot. It’s important to have a parking lot when you go out! It was a very pleasant stay. I will recommend this hotel to my friends next time!

I have stayed in a lot of hotels, and the service of Haiyan all seasons is rare and makes me feel human. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, not cold process operation, but really care about you as a guest. Communication is particularly smooth and comfortable, what can be solved as soon as you say, and the attitude is good. The atmosphere of the entire hotel is also relaxing and comfortable, not as tight as some places.
The comfort of the room is the foundation. This time the mattress is also very comfortable to sleep, but this intimate and grounded service is a plus! After living, the mood has improved, comfortable!

AAnonymous UserThe room price is very cost-effective. I booked a standard room with a double bed and a lake view for one night. When I renewed my reservation, the same room was no longer available. I changed it to a twin room with a lake view. The only drawback was that the room I changed to the next day was a recessed room facing the lake. , blocking part of the beautiful lake view, but everything else is good, there is a filling breakfast, and the room is relatively clean.
