There was an event happening at Yun Ding Plaza across the street, and the music was thumping until past 9 PM, finally quieting down after someone called the police. Then, just as I was finally about to fall asleep around 10 PM, a group of people started playing cards in the next room, and I could hear everything crystal clear until after midnight. It was so noisy it was driving me crazy. Our first time staying in this hotel , We chose it because it was 1 of only 3 that had a swimming pool , a call was made the day before we booked to make sure the pool was open, as with previous experience you cannot rely on trip.com to give accurate Information , on arrival we were then informed that the pool was an external business, that a swimming cap was reguired , which we had not been informed of when asking about the pool, this was another 135cny , which made the overall cost more than the Ramada hotel, thankfully the manager of the hotel accepted this responsibility and provided a solution, thank you , everything else had been great upto this point and the front desk staff the next morning were kind enough to shower our daughter with gifts , thank you again, we will book again next time, more prepared
