"At the end of the Spring Festival holiday, I brought my family to Jiaxing for a trip. I chose Haili. The experience when I checked in was good. The front desk staff were nice and the processing was fast. The room was 50 square meters. This price can be said to be very cost-effective. Haili's location is relatively remote in the whole Jiaxing. There are Qiyuan and Guanhaiyuan nearby. If you go there from Shanghai, you can take the children to Dongxing Dairy Farm to feed the cows. You should be able to milk there in the afternoon. We arrived in the morning and did not participate.
The buffet dinner is neither good nor bad. I will give you a price-performance ratio. The category is not particularly rich. You can try the small hot pot with children and the elderly. Although there are not many types, it is also okay to eat hot pot. The variety of desserts is relatively rich, and the brands of drinks are really average.
When we were leaving, the child may have accidentally knocked over a glass water cup and it broke without us noticing. The hotel called me and said that they would compensate me 20 yuan, which is not expensive, but it is indeed surprising for a five-star hotel. This hotel clearly told me that they would deduct the fee, and because it was the Spring Festival, there was no need to communicate back and forth. The staff said that it would be deducted from the Ctrip deposit, so I agreed and hung up the phone. "The location is very good, next to Qiyuan Commercial Street and RT-Mart, and it is within walking distance from the scenic spot. The view outside the window is also great, you can see the sunrise. Although the hotel facilities are old, it is cost-effective.
Disadvantages:
The water in the bathtub was green on the first day. The staff said that it might be full and the water consumption was high, so they put more water in. Although I don’t know why, the water returned to normal on the second day.
Breakfast is only until 9 o’clock, and it costs 38 yuan for children over 1.2 meters tall. The order of holiday breakfast is a bit chaotic, and the categories are not complete. The Qiyuan pancake next to it on the second day is more fragrant, but the breakfast coupon cannot be refunded, nor can it be deducted from the extra children’s breakfast on the first day.
There are no separate children’s products.
When checking out, the staff said that it is OK to give the card directly, and did not ask to verify the bill, and deducted the money directly."

"Choosing Kaiyuan Senbo for our holiday trip was an excellent decision! Even though there were many people, everything was well-organized, which didn't affect our enjoyment at all. We stayed in a two-story boathouse with lovely lake views right outside our window, offering a high level of comfort. The park is suitable for children of all ages. Our butler, Paofou, provided fantastic and very thoughtful service, even giving us a small gift upon check-out. The breakfast was also very abundant, and the mini-train around the lake was a great hit. It's definitely worth a second or third visit! This three-day, two-night getaway at Kaiyuan Senbo Hotel in Jiaxing included hot spring tickets for our family of four with a simple meal, access to Fantasy Island Amusement Park for the whole family, and the attentive service of our butler, Paofou. We also received complimentary souvenirs for the children and tokens for the Top Player arcade games. The sunny weather made the trip even more delightful."

TTuan Ying GohVery new hotel. There’s a robot to deliver what you need - from food deliveries to bottled water from the hotel. Love this automated service. Efficient. Hotel is in a quiet area which’s nice. There’s a snack supermarket opposite the hotel (3 minutes walk). Very good deals and varieties. Post office is opposite as well. About 15 minutes drive to 观海园 to watch sun rise. Should do so as the sun rise is beautiful with unblocked view.
Hotel room is kept clean and tidy. Shower can be a bit small on 6th floor. Room cleaning is well done. Toilet had a smoke smell when I checked in. Reception offered to change a room but I asked for a spray down of the toilet which did the trick.
Friendly reception staff. Warm and welcoming.

I arrived at the hotel very late at night, but the beautiful woman at the front desk was very enthusiastic and told me to have breakfast on the first floor because I was very tired after a long day of driving. , so I took a hot bath and went to sleep. I was a little too familiar with the bed and was afraid of insomnia. Unexpectedly, I woke up at almost 8 o'clock. Oh my God, the bed is so comfortable. In the morning, I found that there was body lotion in the room. This is so considerate. I quickly used it. It is silky and smooth. The fragrance is still good. The breakfast is also very rich.
