"This is arguably the most reliable hotel within a 5-kilometer radius of Haiyan's city center. Their swimming pool is open to the public, and many children come here for swimming lessons. Hotel guests can use it, but during off-peak hours. I don't swim, so it didn't bother me. The surrounding area is relatively quiet, as it's not in a bustling district. It's about a 3km drive from the old town and roughly 10km from the ancient village. The breakfast was excellent, comparable to a 5-diamond standard. It was a good place to stay for a change of pace. Even though my phone was buzzing with work messages, I still managed to get a few days of peace and quiet."

"My first stay at Kaiyuan Senbo was a great experience. I brought my cat, and the front desk staff politely informed me that pets aren't allowed in the main building. They automatically upgraded us to a forest cabin free of charge. Knowing that my elderly companion had trouble with their legs, they arranged for room 9003, which was quite close to the lobby. The room amenities were good; the fridge was cold enough, and the toilet and shower were separate. There was even USB charging, and children's toiletries and a footstool were provided, all great details. The duvet was just the right thickness, which I really appreciated – I hate it when hotel air conditioning isn't strong enough and the duvet is too thick. However, the pillows were a bit too flat. On May 30th, during checkout, a staff member driving by offered to take us directly to the parking garage. Overall, the service here was excellent, and our butler, Xiao Bai, was always checking in on our needs."

"I was lucky enough to stay at a newly opened hotel at a discounted price. After sitting in the lobby for half an hour, the little girl at the front desk poured 3 glasses of water. The service was great! 🤟👍 In the evening, there is actually ”late night porridge” to warm the heart and stomach! The ‘Local Breakfast’ has rich dishes, fresh fruits and snacks, and freshly cooked soy milk and tofu. The delicious food is the happiness of a foodie like me! The most surprising thing is the air runway on the roof of the hotel, where you can take a walk after a meal and eat in leisurely time."

"The location is very good, next to Qiyuan Commercial Street and RT-Mart, and it is within walking distance from the scenic spot. The view outside the window is also great, you can see the sunrise. Although the hotel facilities are old, it is cost-effective. Disadvantages: The water in the bathtub was green on the first day. The staff said that it might be full and the water consumption was high, so they put more water in. Although I don’t know why, the water returned to normal on the second day. Breakfast is only until 9 o’clock, and it costs 38 yuan for children over 1.2 meters tall. The order of holiday breakfast is a bit chaotic, and the categories are not complete. The Qiyuan pancake next to it on the second day is more fragrant, but the breakfast coupon cannot be refunded, nor can it be deducted from the extra children’s breakfast on the first day. "Going to Putuo Mountain, passing through Haiyan on the return trip, I always wanted to go to Haiyan to see it, so I stopped. I started to choose Haiyan Hotel. I took a fancy to the location of the hotel and was adjacent to the Garden. I had no choice but to go to the store and see that it was too old and I could give up. Fortunately, I chose Kaiyuan Yiju. The hotel facilities are new and the service is warm and thoughtful, especially the beauty Xu at the front desk. Not only did she upgrade the room, but also arranged a quiet room intimately, so that our experience was excellent, thank you so much! A super surprise homestay on this trip! The two homestay managers were very enthusiastic. They took the initiative to add WeChat before check-in and explained practical matters such as the location of the homestay, parking, and surrounding dining. It will also combine our travel rhythm to plan the itinerary intimately, and the whole process is thoughtful and warm. The room is antique as a whole, elegant and quiet, and the details can be seen everywhere. The homestay is located in the scenic area, the environment is quiet and quiet, away from the downtown area, you can enjoy the natural scenery of the North and South Lake slowly and immersively, relax and heal. Full experience, excellent price/performance ratio, this is the first choice for visiting Nanbei Lake, very recommended!

Very new hotel. There’s a robot to deliver what you need - from food deliveries to bottled water from the hotel. Love this automated service. Efficient. Hotel is in a quiet area which’s nice. There’s a snack supermarket opposite the hotel (3 minutes walk). Very good deals and varieties. Post office is opposite as well. About 15 minutes drive to 观海园 to watch sun rise. Should do so as the sun rise is beautiful with unblocked view. Hotel room is kept clean and tidy. Shower can be a bit small on 6th floor. Room cleaning is well done. Toilet had a smoke smell when I checked in. Reception offered to change a room but I asked for a spray down of the toilet which did the trick. Friendly reception staff. Warm and welcoming.

The location is good. It's easy to find it by driving. There are free parking spaces in front of the door. There is also a parking lot. You can park there at night for free. The light inside the hotel is a bit dark. The girl at the front desk was very helpful. She told us Sunrise time. There is an elevator, it is quite large and has many rooms. The facilities in the room are complete, the hygiene is good, and there is free mineral water. I will stay here again next time I come. I had something to do and left early the next day, so I didn't eat here, but the service and environment were really good.

I stayed in Haiyan for two days on a business trip. Although it was cold outside, the room was warm, large and cozy. I arrived at the hotel very late at night, but the beautiful woman at the front desk was very enthusiastic and told me to have breakfast on the first floor because I was very tired after a long day of driving. , so I took a hot bath and went to sleep. I was a little too familiar with the bed and was afraid of insomnia. Unexpectedly, I woke up at almost 8 o'clock. Oh my God, the bed is so comfortable. In the morning, I found that there was body lotion in the room. This is so considerate. I quickly used it. It is silky and smooth. The fragrance is still good. The breakfast is also very rich. I like to eat the freshly wrapped wontons with seaweed soup. After eating, the security guard who collected the breakfast ticket will also say... I smiled and nodded. The service quality is excellent. I will stay at this hotel again if I have the opportunity to travel on business in the future!

Our first time staying in this hotel , We chose it because it was 1 of only 3 that had a swimming pool , a call was made the day before we booked to make sure the pool was open, as with previous experience you cannot rely on trip.com to give accurate Information , on arrival we were then informed that the pool was an external business, that a swimming cap was reguired , which we had not been informed of when asking about the pool, this was another 135cny , which made the overall cost more than the Ramada hotel, thankfully the manager of the hotel accepted this responsibility and provided a solution, thank you , everything else had been great upto this point and the front desk staff the next morning were kind enough to shower our daughter with gifts , thank you again, we will book again next time, more prepared

I wanted to watch the sunrise, so I chose this hotel. It's very cost-effective. It's very convenient to watch the sunrise in Guanhai Garden and go to Qiyuan.
