We love the location of this Hotel. Easy to walk to the nearest shopping areas. Breakfast spread is good although this is within the fasting period. Only one small comment is the Bathing room is very slippery when showering. I slipped and fall while bathing, lucky that I didn't knock on to the glass panel or the wall. Suggest to have bathing mat at the showering point.
Overall for my friends and I are very satisfy with the stay at Harper Hotel.

I was really satisfied with my stay at The Akadev Boutique Hotel Prawirotaman in Yogyakarta. This boutique hotel, newly opened in 2025, felt fresh and bright throughout. The room was spacious, the bedding comfortable, and all the amenities were complete, making for an exceptionally pleasant stay. The hotel also boasts a large outdoor pool, perfect for relaxation. Its location is excellent too, right in the bustling Prawirotaman area, with many authentic restaurants and food stalls within walking distance. Crucially, it offers incredible value for money. The staff were warm, friendly, and provided attentive service with a constant smile. This will definitely be my top choice for my next visit to Yogyakarta, and I'll highly recommend it to all my friends!

Pugoh budi1. The hotel staff provided excellent and friendly service.
2. The hotel ambiance is luxurious.
3. The hotel also has a pleasant and refreshing scent.
4. The welcome drink was refreshing when I checked in during the day, and in the evening it was like ginger tea.
5. The room also met my request: clean, fragrant, tidy, with great facilities, and the AC was wonderfully cold.
6. The swimming pool and gym are also excellent.
7. Highly recommended as a choice, especially since as a resident of Gading Serpong, the hotel is within walking distance to Kopi Tuku, Gudeg Sagan, Tugu Jogja, and Malioboro. In short, this hotel is incredibly strategic, simply the best.

Anonymous UserThe room was spacious and had a balcony, with views either facing outwards or overlooking the pool. The location is also close to many traditional Jogja eateries, and there's a mall right next door! Thanks, Kimaya!

The lobby is incredibly luxurious and impressive, but the rooms are just average in comparison. However, the service is truly exceptional. We had to check out early before breakfast, and when we mentioned it, they kindly prepared a packed breakfast for us. We were so touched! I would definitely love to stay here again.

Guest UserThe hotel is located on a small street, not too far from the train station, but the distance is awkward – a bit too far to walk comfortably, and taking a taxi can be a nightmare due to traffic (it took 30 minutes by taxi at 8 PM). When we were leaving Yogyakarta, it was incredibly difficult to get a taxi from the hotel; we had to wait about 20 minutes each time, and eventually ended up taking two trishaws. The room felt like an old house that had been given a quick paint job. The bathroom was quite basic, especially the shower area, which was tiny and had no door, so water sprayed everywhere, leaving the floor soaking wet.
However, I'd give the service five stars. The room was cleaned thoroughly and meticulously, and the front desk staff were all very warm and responsible. The hotel breakfast was quite rich with a good variety, but it was all Indonesian style, which might not suit a Chinese palate.

Guest UserThe resort is quite small, but the air quality is excellent. Rooms are clean, though the bathrooms were just average. Breakfast is served as a set meal and is quite basic. The farmhouse restaurant located at the foot of the mountain offers a wonderful setting. Borobudur is just 4km away. It's perfect for a relaxing getaway.

wahyudipThe breakfast is varied and offers a delicious selection of dishes. My friend even went for seconds, haha! As for the location, it's on Solo street, so it's close to everything. Another great perk is the spacious parking lot. Cars can enter and exit easily, which is very convenient. The security staff also deserve praise; they are friendly and quick to assist guests.

Guest UserOverall, our experience was very pleasant. The hotel's location is strategic, situated in the lively Prawirotaman area, which is bustling with foreign tourists, cafes, and restaurants.
The room we stayed in was quite spacious, clean, and tidy. The air conditioning was cold, and the in-room facilities were comprehensive enough to ensure a comfortable rest.
The hotel's amenities include a clean outdoor swimming pool with separate areas for children and adults, as well as a gym and spa for relaxation after sightseeing.
Breakfast was generally tasty and satisfying, though some guests felt the variety could be improved.

The location is two blocks from the train station, but there are railway tracks nearby. I wasn't sure if it was possible to walk through them; I ended up taking a long detour. Even if it were possible, I imagine there would be a wait.
The shower water temperature was consistent, and the water pressure was ample, making for a very comfortable shower. The toilet paper quality needs improvement; it was too thin.
The window was comfortable to sleep in.
The receptionist was very helpful.
The restaurant is open from 6:00 PM to 10:30 PM (or maybe 10:30 PM), but we went down at 9:00 PM, which was a bit late. The food selection was limited, and while we saw many local food combinations, we struggled to figure out how to combine them. Explanations or demonstrations would have been helpful.
The room's WiFi started to fail on the second day; the connection was slow, and many pages wouldn't load completely on my phone.
I didn't dare wear the disposable slippers provided by the hotel; the soles didn't seem slippery.
