Pperjalanan-ausJThis hotel is under rated. We had a great stay and we’re upgraded to a suit. The room was like a small apartment with a great size balcony to watch the afternoon weather roll in and the clouds reveal mount Marapi. The suit was extremely clean and stylish with good amenities including pod coffee, glass bottled water and full set of toiletries.
Breakfast was great- many different varieties of local and western choices and also included a large bakery selection.
The location was handy - 20minute walk to Malioboro st and easy access for grabs. We hired bikes and had undercover parking and found in Google Maps to be an easy location to ride to.
I have left the staff till last… the staff here are the friendliest, kindest people I have ever met. The level of respect offered to guests is next level. I take my hat off to 101 group for the standard of staff training. Even the maintenance guys took time to say hello and make you feel welcome.
Thanks for a great stay I will %100 look for your brand when booking in future locations

2. The hotel ambiance is luxurious.
3. The hotel also has a pleasant and refreshing scent.
4. The welcome drink was refreshing when I checked in during the day, and in the evening it was like ginger tea.
5. The room also met my request: clean, fragrant, tidy, with great facilities, and the AC was wonderfully cold.
6. The swimming pool and gym are also excellent.
7. Highly recommended as a choice, especially since as a resident of Gading Serpong, the hotel is within walking distance to Kopi Tuku, Gudeg Sagan, Tugu Jogja, and Malioboro. In short, this hotel is incredibly strategic, simply the best.

AANDRY CHRISTIAN HALIM1. Arrived at 2:30 PM, but was told the room wasn't ready, even though check-in was stated as 2:00 PM. Had to wait around 30 minutes, and the room was only ready at 3:00 PM.
2. The shower pressure was really weak, not pleasant for bathing.
3. There was a lot of small trash in the corners of the room.
4. The swimming pool was incredibly small, my child was so disappointed.
5. The room was extremely NOT soundproof. I could clearly hear people talking in the next room, and it was quite noisy.
Pros:
1. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety and tasty options.
2. The location is great.
3. The rooftop cafe is beautiful, and the food there is also delicious and reasonably priced. My only complaint is that there were many people smoking.

GGuest UserThe hotel's facilities felt a bit dated, giving off the impression of a once-luxury hotel from a bygone era. It's not bad, but you can't deny it has a rather classic, perhaps even old-fashioned, vibe. However, there were no major issues. As for location, from Yogyakarta Station, considering one-way streets and traffic, it's about a 30-minute Grab ride. Going to Yogyakarta Station, it's roughly a 15-minute ride. There's also a small mall within a few minutes' walk, so you won't be inconvenienced.

AAnonymous UserThe lobby is incredibly luxurious and impressive, but the rooms are just average in comparison. However, the service is truly exceptional. We had to check out early before breakfast, and when we mentioned it, they kindly prepared a packed breakfast for us. We were so touched! I would definitely love to stay here again.

TTia YLocation is right at Malioboro, surrounded by shops and there is live music daily during dinner time. Just need to take note that the roads to the hotel are closed after 5pm, so if you're from somewhere else gg back to the hotel, you will need to drop off somewhere and walk to the hotel (short distance tho depending whr you drop off).

GGuest UserThe hotel is located on a small street, not too far from the train station, but the distance is awkward – a bit too far to walk comfortably, and taking a taxi can be a nightmare due to traffic (it took 30 minutes by taxi at 8 PM). When we were leaving Yogyakarta, it was incredibly difficult to get a taxi from the hotel; we had to wait about 20 minutes each time, and eventually ended up taking two trishaws. The room felt like an old house that had been given a quick paint job. The bathroom was quite basic, especially the shower area, which was tiny and had no door, so water sprayed everywhere, leaving the floor soaking wet.
However, I'd give the service five stars. The room was cleaned thoroughly and meticulously, and the front desk staff were all very warm and responsible. The hotel breakfast was quite rich with a good variety, but it was all Indonesian style, which might not suit a Chinese palate.

Locals frequented the morning market complex at the far left end of the hotel. while a variety of eateries, drinks stalls convenience stores pharmacies known locally as Apoteks (K24) in case you are unwell lined on the right adjacent road to the far right end of the hotel.
Courteous helpful polite staff will exchange greetings starting with ”Pak”.
Fahry and a few other in reception housekeeping team and Security team. Some staff are able to converse quite fluently in English
Bed and Room on the 4th floor are daily makeup around 930am. TV with 16 Channels available. A balcony to relax also avails one to sightings of Mount Merapi when weather good
