"Really good! It's currently being renovated, but it's very affordable, clean, and offers great value for money. The staff are amazing – they enthusiastically answer any questions you have. I love that! Breakfast is just okay; it finishes a bit early from 6-9 AM, but it's enough to fill you up. Nothing spectacular, but the price is right. It's a solid choice. There's a big, cool swimming pool that closes at 8 PM."

"Worth every penny.. I chose the Osaka unit with 2 bedrooms, the ambiance, the bed, the living room and also the bathroom.. feels like home away from home.. very comfortable.. air circulation in the unit was very good. Also, there are a lot of restaurants and cafes around the hotel. Tbh there were some areas that don’t seem to have been cleaned properly, such as under the dining table—when the table is moved, I saw some dirt underneath that hasn’t been cleaned.. even though the overall cleanliness was not perfect, however it was still good enough (4 out of 5) for me. Definitely will comeback.. all and all the hotel is 4.5 out of 5 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼"

"Great budget hotel. Clean and comfy. Nothing special but good enough for the low price. Location is great, many shops and restaurants on the same road. For £12 a night then I highly recommend. But please don’t expect luxury."

"The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel provide free snacks and drink in room minibar and it refill everyday. They even provide a lot fruits during check in day. The breakfast is good and varieties of food. Outside the room provide drinking water machine is convinient. Strategic place in malioboro street. Overall is very good. I received free laundry due to continuous stay, thank you It could be perfect if the towel is white clean."

"High-standard hotel with great service and a lovely pool. The staff were always available and helpful. I stayed in two different rooms, and both were very comfortable. My only negative point is that there were no proper chairs in the rooms, just backless stools. That made it a bit difficult when I needed to work."

"I stayed at the Grand Keisha hotel with my parents this Eid holiday in 2026. The service was excellent, from the security staff, receptionist, housekeeping, to the restaurant, everyone was friendly and served us well. Whenever I stay at a hotel, I always look for wudu-friendly taps, which not all hotels provide, but the Grand Keisha supports wudu-friendly taps in the toilet. The location is almost at the end of the Ring Road Jogja intersection, so you might have to make a U-turn if you're coming from UNY, but that wasn't really an issue. Another plus is that the hotel is close to Pakuwon Mall Jogja, so we could just walk to the mall. Overall, I'm satisfied with the service and facilities of this classic-style hotel."

"Stayed 7 nights for the last week of my trip in Indonesia which helped since they provided a free shuttle to the airport. Having booked multiple hotels while in the region, this one was one of the better ones thanks to the location and views provided by the dining/lounge areas. The convenience store located right next door provided everything we needed and more with local prices. The prices in the hotel for food and other services were pricey, but not the worst I've seen compared to other hotels. The food portions however were not ideal, a lot of the items were the same as if ordered from a kids menu. Alcohol prices were surprisingly good though. The food service was very slow and they seemed to always be out of something we wanted to order so we mostly went out to eat. They had a great pool area and the room was relatively clean. The only room issues we had were the towels and bed comforter smelled a little funky and the bed itself was too firm for my liking, otherwise we had a fantastic view, good amount of space with a small couch and table and free water provided from a dispenser in the hallway."
