"I can't believe I got such an affordable price at Top Malioboro! The location is strategic, right next to BW souvenir shop, an Alfamidi, and close to a hospital. In the mornings, there's a gudeg seller out front, and later in the day, you can find Sop Iga and Lotek, so you definitely won't have to worry about food. The service is great, and the staff are friendly and very helpful. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations. It's close to Tugu Station and Malioboro. You can even go for a jog in the morning, and with government offices nearby, it's an incredibly strategic spot."

We love the location of this Hotel. Easy to walk to the nearest shopping areas. Breakfast spread is good although this is within the fasting period. Only one small comment is the Bathing room is very slippery when showering. I slipped and fall while bathing, lucky that I didn't knock on to the glass panel or the wall. Suggest to have bathing mat at the showering point.
Overall for my friends and I are very satisfy with the stay at Harper Hotel.

2. The hotel ambiance is luxurious.
3. The hotel also has a pleasant and refreshing scent.
4. The welcome drink was refreshing when I checked in during the day, and in the evening it was like ginger tea.
5. The room also met my request: clean, fragrant, tidy, with great facilities, and the AC was wonderfully cold.
6. The swimming pool and gym are also excellent.
7. Highly recommended as a choice, especially since as a resident of Gading Serpong, the hotel is within walking distance to Kopi Tuku, Gudeg Sagan, Tugu Jogja, and Malioboro. In short, this hotel is incredibly strategic, simply the best.

KoiproI was really satisfied with my stay at The Akadev Boutique Hotel Prawirotaman in Yogyakarta. This boutique hotel, newly opened in 2025, felt fresh and bright throughout. The room was spacious, the bedding comfortable, and all the amenities were complete, making for an exceptionally pleasant stay. The hotel also boasts a large outdoor pool, perfect for relaxation. Its location is excellent too, right in the bustling Prawirotaman area, with many authentic restaurants and food stalls within walking distance. Crucially, it offers incredible value for money. The staff were warm, friendly, and provided attentive service with a constant smile. This will definitely be my top choice for my next visit to Yogyakarta, and I'll highly recommend it to all my friends!

Guest UserPerhaps it's because I was backpacking, or maybe because I was new to the place and didn't tip the bellhop, but I felt like I was treated differently.
1. My Borobudur souvenir slippers went missing while being transported from the lobby to my room. I only discovered this on my checkout day. The service staff tried hard to find them but couldn't. These shoes weren't expensive but held special meaning to me.
2. When I used the hotel's laundry service, the staff didn't proactively deliver my clothes after they were done. Instead, I had to call them before they brought the clothes to my room. What's more, two people came: one with the clothes and another with a POS machine for me to pay on the spot. At other hotels, laundry and other additional services are usually settled all at once during checkout. This made me feel disrespected, as if they thought I would try to skip out on the payment.
3. I ordered takeout to the hotel, and the app showed it had been delivered. I went to the front desk myself only to find my order wasn't there. After informing the front desk, I waited at least another 10 minutes before staff brought my food from outside the hotel.
I really don't think the service here lives up to its so-called five-star rating. I won't be staying here again.

Anonymous UserThe hotel was clean and comfortable though the mirror was a little dirty when we came in. The location was perfect and convenient as it was near the train station, Sauton palace and right in front of Malioboro street, mall, and plaza. Their service was friendly but they didn't refill the hand soap, shampoo, or coffee until we asked. One day they also forgot to give us a towel so we had to ask them to come and give it to us. Their facilities were good for the most part, apart from the toilet that had no door, the sliding doors that nearly jammed our fingers, and the shower that was rather slippery. Overall the hotel was quite nice, but could do with a few improvements. I recommend it for a convenient stay.

Iir PrihatinawatiWell situated in the middle of town, walked to and back to malioboro. Just slightly outside the traffic area of malioboro and inside of the castle wall of Yogyakarta, but easier to get into the attraction in town. Were a trip to meet my old friends so its great point to meet in the middle of friends around yogya that resided at different places
they are very nice people too, the worker there.
200.000 were left on the desk by assuming the person who were there before me. they didn't check. it was still there last time I check.

クスヌルBecause it's hot in Jogja, I really wanted to shower from head to toe the moment I arrived at the hotel, but there was no hairdryer provided. I was afraid my hair wouldn't dry if I showered at night, and I wouldn't have time to dry it if I showered in the morning.
