GGuest UserThe hotel's facilities felt a bit dated, giving off the impression of a once-luxury hotel from a bygone era. It's not bad, but you can't deny it has a rather classic, perhaps even old-fashioned, vibe. However, there were no major issues. As for location, from Yogyakarta Station, considering one-way streets and traffic, it's about a 30-minute Grab ride. Going to Yogyakarta Station, it's roughly a 15-minute ride. There's also a small mall within a few minutes' walk, so you won't be inconvenienced.

GGuest UserThe hotelโs location is good, and overall the stay was fine.
However, the bathroom was a bit dirty, with mold and black spots in the corners. The small fridge also didnโt work(not cooling) and seemed very dirty inside, with noticeable black spots.(We forget to take a picture of it)
Breakfast was kinda fine, but dinner at the restaurant was a bit disappointing. We ordered the fried squid dish, but it still had the membrane attached, which made it tough and inedible.
Plus point ๐ ๐ The staff are all very friendly and helpful!!

SSangeetNagrehA fab hotel in the city. Walking distance to the main shopping area Malioboro St. And walking distance to the Palace and Tamansari water Palace.
The hotel has excellent service and the restaurant serves authentic Indonesian food. The breakfast is wide spead.
There is a nice pool and garden to walk around. I highly recommand this hotel. Very good price.

GGuest UserHotel check in was a breeze. Staffs are very friendly and super helpful. Very affordable and cosy. Location of hotel is very good, close proximity to the main area of Maliboro. Walking distance to many amazing food and shopping. It was a great stay!

FFaizMF22Had a pleasant stay at Ayaartta. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. And the room was clean, with housekeeping tidying up everyday without fail. As for the size, it was adequate, a normal sized room similar to other hotels.
I would say that all the staff (from the front desk, housekeeping, and the restaurant) were really courteous and helpful. It was service with a smile all day.
The hotel is situated on a very busy main street about 15 minutes walk from Malioboro Street. Getting around was very easy as Grab rides were readily available. I also noticed bus stops nearby which makes it convenient if you want to try the bus services.
Overall, it was more than worth the money paid. Dont expect too much though as this is not a luxury hotel.

IIir PrihatinawatiWell situated in the middle of town, walked to and back to malioboro. Just slightly outside the traffic area of malioboro and inside of the castle wall of Yogyakarta, but easier to get into the attraction in town. Were a trip to meet my old friends so its great point to meet in the middle of friends around yogya that resided at different places
they are very nice people too, the worker there.
200.000 were left on the desk by assuming the person who were there before me. they didn't check. it was still there last time I check.

GGuest UserOverall, our experience was very pleasant. The hotel's location is strategic, situated in the lively Prawirotaman area, which is bustling with foreign tourists, cafes, and restaurants.
The room we stayed in was quite spacious, clean, and tidy. The air conditioning was cold, and the in-room facilities were comprehensive enough to ensure a comfortable rest.
The hotel's amenities include a clean outdoor swimming pool with separate areas for children and adults, as well as a gym and spa for relaxation after sightseeing.
Breakfast was generally tasty and satisfying, though some guests felt the variety could be improved.

MManivone LiosakounFirst time visiting Yogyakarta, the hotel is located in a good location close by the mall and some restaurants, good service, breakfast buffet have a lot of Indonesian options (they could probably add a few one international options but otherwise you have plenty of local food to try everyday), big pool but we didn't have a chance to use it, bathroom amenities are abit old, they have a beautiful live music at the restaurant/bar we enjoyed our stay!
