GGuest UserFor me the room is nice not too small.. I like the interior even very simple but cozy. A bit dissappointed because I was booked the room with double bed but they said twin bed, coz its late and am so tired I just accepted the room that overed to me. The next day I have chance to check my booking from Trip.com it's written 1 double room.. just input for the hotel, just be real if you don't had any double bed again just said sorry the room not available anymore instead of you said I made wrong booking..
The room rate is cheap coz had free breakfast even with very simple menu but complete courses.. have appetizer, main course and dessert as well fresh fruits, coffee, tea and infussed water..
The room service price menu for me its cheap as well. Had Burger King excatly beside the hotel.. Parking area as well big enough..

FFaizMF22Had a pleasant stay at Ayaartta. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. And the room was clean, with housekeeping tidying up everyday without fail. As for the size, it was adequate, a normal sized room similar to other hotels.
I would say that all the staff (from the front desk, housekeeping, and the restaurant) were really courteous and helpful. It was service with a smile all day.
The hotel is situated on a very busy main street about 15 minutes walk from Malioboro Street. Getting around was very easy as Grab rides were readily available. I also noticed bus stops nearby which makes it convenient if you want to try the bus services.
Overall, it was more than worth the money paid. Dont expect too much though as this is not a luxury hotel.

TTAN YEOW LIMLocation is good, it takes 10-15min walk to Malioboro street through back alleys. Just a 3min walk to Tugu station where we can catch train to airport. It's clean generally. Breakfast provided has a fairly good range, more local dishes. It's a basic hotel, good enough for a short stay.

SSharonWe were disappointed with the cleanliness of the place. We took confidence in the reviews posted for this place however, in actuality the level of cleanliness leaves plenty of room for improvement.
The bathroom and toilets in particular were stained with scum, smelled bad and towels were thin and old.

GGuest Userlocation is good, if you love walking, then you can walk to Malioboro.. and you may find lots of food (street food or restaurant such as Hokben and Richeese) nearby by walking. in front of hotel, you can easily find convenience store indomart or alfamart. but this hotel so strict (how come?!) you must check in after 2pm, i was arrive 1pm and they just offer to keep our luggage and we need to go somewhere, even we were checked out at 6am for morning train. hotel can provide box breakfast with simple meal such as fried rice/noodle with egg, a cup of fruit (watermelon & papaya) and a bottle of water. when entering the room, so many hairs on the floor, like it never been swept, but too tired to ask house keeping to clean and no more wait anymore (sorry forget to take a photo, you may see it under the desk and surrounding). hotel provide water dispenser, so you can easily take by jug in your room.

GGuest UserThe hotel location is nearby with the food street as well Malioboro, some traditional market and pasar Bringharjo.
The staff is friendly and very helpful.. the room rate is compatible. The room is huge had big space for sholat, clean, had safe box, smell good, ac working good but a bit noisy from outside in the morning. If you bring car the parking lot have big space not to worried..
I purchased the voucher with breakfast, a bit confused as well I went for breakfast around 7.12am but mostly the food finished and I need to wait until they refills again. My questions the hotel delay for refilled it or the gueat eat like never tomorrow.. 😆
Will choose this hotel again in my future if visit Yogyakarta again.. but with out breakfast maybe 😋

The bathroom and toilet are separated so it's clean.
the bath water drain is a bit small,so the bath water is still stagnant,but it is still safe.
the head pillow is very high,so it is not comfortable to wear to sleep,so during the stay,i don’t use a pillow.
The concept of a room in the middle of the ceiling is good, only for those who are sensitive to the noise of mice running around, which is very disturbing, but it is still good, only when at night, the sound of mice on the horn is very annoying ...
