⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Extremely satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The check-in and check-out process was also very smooth, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel's location is very strategic, close to dining options and major attractions. Amenities like Wi-Fi, hot water, and air conditioning all worked perfectly. Overall, the stay was truly satisfying and excellent value for money. I will definitely choose this hotel again if I come back here in the future. Highly recommended!

The soundproofing is quite poor, and noise from outside can be easily heard, which made it difficult to sleep. The bathroom door also felt somewhat lacking in privacy and security, as silhouettes can be seen through it. The listing stated that air conditioning was provided, but in reality there was none. Instead, there was only a small fan beside the bed. The fan speed could not be adjusted, it could only oscillate up and down, and the cable tended to come loose and required readjustment. Showering was a little uncomfortable because the floor drain was located directly beneath the showerhead. There was also an unpleasant odor in the room. The host may wish to consider providing an air freshener to improve the overall experience

The unit is spacious and well maintained, and the location is very good. It was easy to deal with the owner and communication was smooth throughout our stay. We requested an extra parking space, and the owner was kind enough to help arrange one with an additional charge. Very helpful and accommodating. Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay. Highly recommended, and if we visit Cameron Highlands again, we would definitely love to book this place again. Everything went smoothly. Thank you very much!

This place is a really mixed bag. I stayed in the female dorm and the room itself was ok. There was a super uncomfortable sofa in there but it was ok. The problem was the bathroom. There was one toilet with a shower in it. This was for the boys and the girls dorm to share as well as the staff using it, so if you needed to use the loo desperately you were out of luck. The shower was also not enclosed so the toilet seat and floor was soaking wet about 1/3 of the time and there was no hot water for the 3 days I was there. The guy who worked at reception was also very loud and practically yelled when he answered the phone or talked to someone at night. The outside area was lovely with lots of seats and free tea and coffee was nice. I'm sure it would be nice (if a bit loud)if you were booking a room with an ensuite but if you plan to stay in a dorm, the bathroom situation is awful and I wouldn't stay again.

Best. So comfortable. Beautiful view from the hotel room. Only 3-4 minutes walk to Brinchang market.

The reception is nice and friendly... but surroundings is not so good. The apartment need some maintained, as there are stains on the bedroom walls and also around the houses Bedsheets are yellowish with stains. The water heater is in good condition. Shampoo, sob, tooth brush. all toiletries are not provided. all tap are working fine.. There are limited plates and cups to use. There is a gas stove with no gas, so can’t cook. The room have a TV but don't have remote control ＞.＜”. my apartment is at 3rd level, mountain view. the one I like the most is it is walking distance to pasar malam (night market). So some good and some no good, well, with the price I pay, I would consider still acceptable.. haha

Heater wasn't helpful in rainy weather. More to room temperature than warm. The comforter really helps at night. No need aircond in Cameron Highlands
