A wonderful place for hosting gatherings with family and friends. The property is well-equipped with a BBQ pit, plates, and other essentials, making it convenient for group meals and quality time together. We were warmly greeted by Joe upon arrival, and the service throughout our stay was impeccable. The hospitality was truly 5-star. I also loved the beautiful flowers in the garden, which added to the charm and tranquility of the property. A few suggestions for improvement: I didn’t realise that the room I reserved did not come with a TV, so clearer information during the booking process would be helpful. The mattress was a little too firm for my preference, and the lighting in both the room and bathroom felt somewhat dim, although I understand this may be part of the cottage ambience. It may also be worth considering separating the bathroom light switch from the ventilation fan for added convenience. I would also suggest providing a kettle in each room rather than on a shared basis. Having cups and complimentary coffee or tea in the room would further enhance guests’ comfort and convenience. Overall, a lovely stay with beautiful surroundings, excellent facilities for family gatherings, and exceptional service. I would be happy to return.

We had high expectations for this iconic YTL property, but sadly it fell short. While the colonial charm and beautiful surroundings are undeniable, the overall experience didn’t match the premium price. Service was inconsistent throughout our stay. Some staff were warm and attentive, while others seemed indifferent, making the experience feel uneven. For a luxury hotel, we expected much more attention to detail. The property itself is elegant, but parts of it are showing their age and could benefit from refurbishment. Although the atmosphere is peaceful, it wasn’t enough to make up for the service shortcomings. Food also not to expectation .Nasi lemak , the rice is undercooked. Coffee is inconsistent . First Serve was good . Second pot was burnt . Their high tea, sandwiches we stale . Only admirable was their scone with clotted cream & strawberry jam were excellent . Overall, it wasn’t the memorable luxury escape we had hoped for. There are certainly positives, but considering the price, we left feeling disappointed rather than impressed.

The atmosphere is quiet, refreshing, and family-friendly, making it an ideal place to slow down, unwind, and enjoy the cool highland air. The accommodation is fairly well-equipped, with essential facilities provided. A fan is available in the room, while hot water is supplied in the bathroom. Due to the cool climate, the room can feel chilly at night, and the floor tends to remain damp after showering. Breakfast is included and served hot, accompanied by hot drinks and orange juice. While the meal is filling, the taste is fairly simple and may not stand out to everyone, the curry noodles have a flavour similar to what you might find at a local mamak restaurant. Overall, the highlight of the stay is not the food or luxury facilities, but the beautiful scenery, fresh mountain air, and tranquil environment. It’s the kind of place where you wake up to green views, enjoy a quiet morning on the patio, and take a break from the busy pace of everyday life.

What a great place! Loved staying here. We had a warm welcome from our caretaker Lily, who shared all the tips of enjoying the place with us. I emailed in advance to add breakfast and dinner, and a simple but good spread was provided. Highly suggest you can contact and discuss with them on what ingredients are provided, so that you can shop or add more on your own if you wish. Most important of all was that the accommodation was spotless and super clean. Do note there is no air-conditioning in rooms, but there was a good ceiling fan, which was sufficient. Just be prepared if you are not used to 'camping' vibes - flies and insects are common but Lily spares no effort to put up repellents and traps to minimise them. On our first night, it was cloudy, so we could not see any stars. We were blessed with a clear night the next day, where the stars were super bright, and just laying out on the darkness to watch them is so amazing. We also got to meet goats from the nearby farm for free. Thank you again for the wonderful stay.

Had a pleasant stay at Avillion Cameron Highlands. The location is very strategic and convenient, with many attractions and eateries nearby. The lobby is located on Level 3, and the check-in process was smooth. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable for our stay. Breakfast was quite basic with limited choices, but overall everything was good and worth the stay.

The lounge has a great ambiance. The rooms are what you'd expect from an older 3 or 4-star hotel. The garden and other facilities are quite nice though.

We had a wonderful and memorable stay at Zinnia Villa in Cameron Highlands. The property is beautiful, spacious, clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The peaceful surroundings and pleasant Cameron Highlands atmosphere made it an ideal place for a relaxing family getaway. The villa has a warm and welcoming feeling, with everything we needed to enjoy our stay comfortably. We especially appreciated the cleanliness, privacy, and attention to detail throughout the property. A special thank you to the owner, who was incredibly kind, welcoming, helpful, and responsive. His genuine hospitality made us feel very comfortable from the moment we arrived. He went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect and that we had an enjoyable stay. We truly appreciate the excellent hospitality and the beautiful experience at Zinnia Villa. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and memorable stay in Cameron Highlands. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality. Although the apartment is strategically located near many eateries and within walking distance to Centrum Market, the overall stay was disappointing. The apartment is clearly rundown and poorly maintained. The wooden flooring is scratched after long-term use and easily traps dirt. Even though we wore slippers indoors throughout the stay, it still felt unhygienic. We booked a 3bed 3bath unit; while the toilet seat was clean, the inside of the toilet was very dirty. Overall cleanliness was barely acceptable, with many areas appearing insufficiently cleaned. In addition, two of the bathroom water heaters were not working properly, which affected basic usage. I believe this is a unit-specific issue. In unit 302, the Wi-Fi connection was only available at the entrance area near the main door. Once you move further into the living area or bedrooms, the Wi-Fi is not accessible at all. As a result, the TV was also unusable, as it requires a Wi-Fi connection to function. We were later offered a unit exchange to unit 308. Nevertheless new unit offered stable Wi-Fi, slightly clean toilet and all water heater works. However, unit 308 had a noticeable damp and moldy smell in the room. End up we choose to remain at our original unit. Although the staff were helpful and made efforts to assist us, the issues with the old facilities and partially non-functional amenities remained. If you are able to tolerate these shortcomings, the place may still be acceptable.

We booked a rental car + driver from KL to cameron. You will definitely have to find your own transport to come up here. The stay was amazing given the view and lucky or not it rained alot on second night which gave a really mysterious view. The breakfast spread was sufficient and nice, but dinner is definitely not enough. We brought our own ingredients for the hotpot and luckily we did or else we would be hungry! The chicken soup was better than the Tom Yum though. Dinner is served from 7pm-9pm, iYou can also request for midnight snacks (10-11pm). Oh and outdoor movies starts at 9pm! We stayed at Nest Caravan, the van looks so small but fits 4 perfectly. The toilet is really squeeze though and has an odd smell despite them putting a diffuser inside already. Would recommend showering at the shared bathroom which is large and clean. One tip is dont shower when its fully occupied because the water temp turns hot & cold which makes it hard to shower in this 16-20 degrees weather. And please follow the house rules and not eat inside the van, I believe the previous occupants might have eaten something so there were some baby cockroaches but the staff were prepared with the spray. I got to say the staff service was the best experience of all. there is a bell inside the van that you can call them but they kind of have to make 2 trips up (1 to see what you, 2 to get you what you need). Alternatively you can whatsapp their main hotline and they will inform accordingly. But their hospitality and service really made the overall experience worth while! Staying 2 nights allowed us to fully enjoy the space!! Prepare RM200 for deposit per unit for the caravans and tents~ it will be refunded upon checkout unless they see anything spoil or if you did not clean up the own food you brought. Nontherless, really enjoyed the stay especially during christmas! The morning view is amazing~

Strategically located at tourist hotspots Kea Farm, this hotel offers spacious rooms where family members can gather at the living room for family time.Not to worry if one needs groceries or toiletries as Watson and TF value mart are accessible via lift of the hotel. Many shops such as old town coffee house, domino pizza and nasi kandar shop are just downstairs.
