MMeyriscaI really wanted to stay here after seeing it on TikTok 🤣. And it was perfect because they had a triple room. I'm very satisfied; we slept comfortably, and both the room and bathroom were clean. Oh, and the triple room still had plenty of space for our luggage. The rooftop is great, perfect for enjoying the sunset. At night, you can hang out there, eat, drink, and enjoy the open sky. Don't forget to book on Trip.com! It's easy to book, and the prices are usually the cheapest compared to other sites.

Pperjalanan-ausJThis hotel is under rated. We had a great stay and we’re upgraded to a suit. The room was like a small apartment with a great size balcony to watch the afternoon weather roll in and the clouds reveal mount Marapi. The suit was extremely clean and stylish with good amenities including pod coffee, glass bottled water and full set of toiletries.
Breakfast was great- many different varieties of local and western choices and also included a large bakery selection.
The location was handy - 20minute walk to Malioboro st and easy access for grabs. We hired bikes and had undercover parking and found in Google Maps to be an easy location to ride to.
I have left the staff till last… the staff here are the friendliest, kindest people I have ever met. The level of respect offered to guests is next level. I take my hat off to 101 group for the standard of staff training. Even the maintenance guys took time to say hello and make you feel welcome.

MMarius ZVery trendy, cool hotel, I especially loved the restaurant on the ground floor. Very good quality and cheap dishes. The room quite ok, but my window had no view - facing a wall of another building, and a bit of mold in the shower soap holder corners. To sum up, I really enjoined my stay, they even had a lion dance show for the Chinese New Year.

IiphuriosThis is amazing hotel for its price.
First of all, the room is sufficiently big. The bed is comfy, and you got 4 pillows. Amenities are complete. You even got the premium glass water bottle. The room and hotel style is matching the Keraton style, so you got the Yogyakarta vibe upon staying , and this is very nice. The TV is loaded with Netflix, HBO, Prime, Disney+, and other local channels. Cabinet is surprisingly clean, despite its classic retro style looks.
The hotel is right downtown, so it is near to go amywhere. Next to it there is a cafe, so I can get coffee and cake with ease. Plenty food to select on gofood nearby the hotel. It has car park.
The hotel doesn’t have so many rooms, so it felt like very private, quiet, and comfortable.
The best part is their staffs’ warm welcome and high quality service level. When I book the hotel, I made a mistake regarding the date (I think the app automatically changed to next week if I am booking it next day or something). So I ended up book for the following week. The app said this hotel is non-refundable and cannot adjust the check in time. I contacted the hotel directly and they are EXTREMELY nice and very accommodating. Despite the rules of non changing from the platform, they bypass the system and allow me to change to the date I plan to visit. So far, I only encounter this level of flexibility and assistance only when I was staying in a high end 5-stars hotel. Therefore, big thumbs up for the hotel management! 👍👍👍

The bedsheets, pillowcases, and towels in the room felt old and worn, which detracted from the overall comfort of the stay. For the price, I expected higher-quality linens.
However, the breakfast was a pleasant surprise. The selection was varied, the ingredients were fresh, and the food tasted great. It was definitely the highlight of the stay.
Overall, if the hotel were to upgrade its room amenities, it would offer much better value for the price.
