Amazing
MMeyriscaI really wanted to stay here after seeing it on TikTok š¤£. And it was perfect because they had a triple room. I'm very satisfied; we slept comfortably, and both the room and bathroom were clean. Oh, and the triple room still had plenty of space for our luggage. The rooftop is great, perfect for enjoying the sunset. At night, you can hang out there, eat, drink, and enjoy the open sky. Don't forget to book on Trip.com! It's easy to book, and the prices are usually the cheapest compared to other sites.
MMel GoeslawI stayed at The 101-style hotel in Yogyakarta for a few nights. The room itself was clean, cozy, and modern. A nice escape from the busy city outside. Staff were friendly and helpful whenever I needed something.
GGuest UserA good hotel in a good location thatās got a weak spot, which is its food. We had a double room that was a great size with a very big bed furnished with comfortable linen. The a/c worked well and was relatively quiet. There was in room tea and coffee and bottled water.Ā
We ate at the hotel twice, and declined breakfast after looking to see what was available. For breakfast, while we were around 40 minutes from the end of service the food looked meagre and unappetising. There was the opportunity to have omelettes etc, but we decided against it.Ā
We ate in the rooftop restaurant, ordering spaghetti bolognese, chicken wings, spring rolls and a pizza. The food took a while to arrive and when it did it all came at once. All of the food was tepid at best and seemed as if it had been waiting to be collected and brought from the ground floor to the top floor. The bolognese was acceptable with the pasta being cooked al dente. The spring rolls had gone soggy and the wings, being just warm, were cooked ok but the sauce they were covered in was sickly sweet. The pizza was not cooked. The toppings appeared to be cooked but the base was raw. The dough was uncooked and inedible. We pointed this out and we were told it could be cooked further. We decided that probably wouldnāt improve it much. The staff offered a replacement, but again we decided that it would take too long and asked for it to be taken off the bill.Ā
The second time we ate at the hotel we used the ground floor restaurant. Once again the food was disappointing. The oxtail soups contained beef that was not tender but tough, although the clear broth was tasty. The pasta of beef Alfredo, which was advertised as containing beef, mushrooms, etc was served with just a few pieces of what looked like smoked beef in a claggy sauce. Again, it appeared as if the meal had been sitting on the counter waiting for the waiters to deliver it to the table and had lost its heat. The fruit salad platter and banana fritters were very good.Ā
Service at the hotel, from reception staff through to housekeeping was very good.Ā
Overall, Iād stay again by I would avoid the restaurants.
GGuest UserTheir superior twin room is quite cramped with little space to move around & the desk is quite small
However, the bed is comfortable, the entire hotel (including room) is very clean, and their breakfast buffet offers a variety of delicious options too!
GGuest UserThe hotelās location is good, and overall the stay was fine.
However, the bathroom was a bit dirty, with mold and black spots in the corners. The small fridge also didnāt work(not cooling) and seemed very dirty inside, with noticeable black spots.(We forget to take a picture of it)
Breakfast was kinda fine, but dinner at the restaurant was a bit disappointing. We ordered the fried squid dish, but it still had the membrane attached, which made it tough and inedible.
Plus point š š The staff are all very friendly and helpful!!
GGuest UserSuperb location, only 2 minutes from Malioboro middle section, so easy to reach the Tugu train station & the Titik Nol center city of Yogyakarta. Good breakfast. Front desk only one when I came, so the check-in process was a little bit slow, waiting until 2.10 pm for the room to get ready.

KkerupukkecilHotel is located on a main road in central Yogyakarta making it easy to get to most nearby tourist spots. The front desk staff where always helpful when I requested anything and the in house laundry service was also quick and cheap. Typical of any hotel some sound proofing issues present, staying on the lower floor or near the breakfast area means you are constantly able to hear other guests moving around. The bed linens were clean and mattress comfortable, bathroom was spacious and clean. Overall, I would recommend.
TTimentoDiverThe hotel's service and location were good, but there's room for improvement in the details.
The bedsheets, pillowcases, and towels in the room felt old and worn, which detracted from the overall comfort of the stay. For the price, I expected higher-quality linens.
However, the breakfast was a pleasant surprise. The selection was varied, the ingredients were fresh, and the food tasted great. It was definitely the highlight of the stay.
Overall, if the hotel were to upgrade its room amenities, it would offer much better value for the price.
