"The room looks okay. But the bathroom should be separated from wet and dry And the decoration should control the tone The way he accommodation could be better. Makes it look clean in front of the stay But what I saw is The entrance is scary and looks dirty. There are all dog shit, smelly, breakfast expects too much. I think it would be better. Spicy porridge"

"We booked the hotel for a night as we needed a day of from bkk .
The hotel had a pick up service from the pier just give them a call and then there gonna pick u up , when we got to the hotel there informed us the rules the staff was nice and helpful also we could rent a motorbike from them which is 300 thb per day
The rooms are acctuly nice but it just open a few months ago the toilets were a bit dirty the showehead was rusted the fridge had a lot of ants .. when we stayed there it was rainy season wich made the alarm set off from the door alll the night wich was very annoying as we couldn sleep at all
Breakfast was just a ok couple of eggs and toast and sausage
When next morning we’re telling the receptionist all we got was just a sorry for the broken alarm as she say it’s normal cause it’s raining season .. really should improve in that

"The accommodation is beautiful and clean, and the staff provide great service. They also have new motorbikes available.
P.S. To get the motorbike for free, you need to book the room through their Line official account or hotel page. I didn't know this, so I had to pay 300฿ per day myself, which was a shame."

GGuest UserI stayed here for two nights and woke up on my birthday while looking at a beautiful sunrise over the Gulf of Thailand / Gulf of Siam. We stayed in the Panoramic Double Room, and I think our balcony was about as big as our room! We had great views of the water and mountains, and it was super peaceful. The reservation included breakfast for two, AND we also got a complimentary motor bike (with free gas) during our stay. *** I had read about the motor bikes in other reviews and was skeptical, but our reservation did include the motor bike. (Maybe it depends on which type of room you book). The breakfast was nice, and I could hear birds chirping as I drank my coffee each morning.
We took the motor bike to Samae Beach one day, but I made sure we came back to the room before sunset because I knew it would be a beautiful view from our balcony. One night we walked to a nearby restaurant by the water and had dinner. The only down sides were: There were some ants in our room (but that is normal in Thailand), and a nearby club played loud music one night. Overall, I loved the place and would stay there again in the future.

MMegumi_TanyaEverything was impressive! While the accommodation isn't directly on the beach, it's only a 5-minute scooter ride away. The place is peaceful and secluded. They offer convenient pick-up and drop-off service to/from the pier. If you arrive before check-in, you can store your luggage, enjoy a welcome drink, and then leisurely explore the island on a scooter while waiting. You don't even need to rent one, and it comes with a full tank of gas! 😁 The owner is incredibly kind, offering recommendations for sights and restaurants. You can call them anytime if you have any questions. The room had a soft, comfortable bed and a wonderfully cool air conditioner. You only need to bring your clothes. The breakfast was delicious, with fresh fruit and refreshing orange juice. On departure, they even gave us a unique and adorable souvenir! Highly recommend!!! Extremely impressed! It felt so warm and welcoming 🥰

DDaniel84 UkWell what a place , excellent , on arrival a very warm welcome from the owner/manager and we were early but room was ready and happy for us to check in , they offer tea, coffee and noodles for free 😊
The room was perfect and probably the best bed we had slept in for 20days , fridge full of things that you can drink and pay for at end of your stay
We then took a walk but with not a great foot from a injury we soon seeked for a scooter and the owner let us rent his at 250bht each so we had 1 each .
Best thing we did was getting a scooter its only way to see this island and we only had 1 night.
There are a lot of places to rent scooters but if you can deal with the 3min walk from the pier to this place I would you hang on so to give them the revenue
The island is lovely , places to sea , seafood buffets at a low cost and I mean bargains
I just wish we had longer I think I could of done a week lol

FFaancyynancyyI stay here for 2 days after being in the hostel and the space was really big for me hahaha it’s literally so big i was scared to sleep the first night. They grandma is helpful she called me a driver to go to the beach cus i was travelling alone and didn’t know how to ride a scooter. She cook chicken porridge for breakfast which was so yumm. Everything is good just the location if you’re gonna walk it’s a bit high up the hill but very close to some beautiful beaches where you can do a lot of water activity.

They picked us up from the Naban pier, carried our luggage to the hotel, and were always available. Breakfast was delicious. They also provided us with charcoal for the barbecue.
The only thing to keep in mind is that the house is practically on the road, so it's a bit noisy in the outdoor kitchen. It's only when the traffic stops late at night that it becomes comfortable.
Also, cars and bikes are loud in the morning.

There are some shortcomings with the meeting, it is better to contact in advance. The breakfast is monotonous, but you will not die of hunger. The pastry shop at the hotel is great!!! The coffee is not the best, no matter how hard the girls tried. Cleanliness is 4. The air conditioner in the room C-22 is noisy. The whole hotel is in European style, all in the little things. The staff is friendly. It is a 20-30 minute walk to a good beach, at lunch there is a restaurant ”sun set” with excellent Tom-yam, 10 minutes walk from the hotel. In the evening on the pier there is a market with seafood, which they will cook for you on the grill. I recommend 👍

GGuest UserWhen we arrived, which might prove difficult for some to find, Martin, the owner was just on his way out. He immediately turned back and greeted us and explained the room we had booked wasn’t ready yet as we were several hours before booking in time. We knew this but he kindly allowed us to leave our overnight bags in storage as such so we could go exploring. Martin, being an Englishman, like myself, had a good old chin wag about several topics. On arriving back from our walkabout, and still earlier than booking in time, Martin said our room was ready and a lady led us there. Best room in the house with simply the best view. Just four choices for breakfast but catered for most palates. Martin found time to natter whenever l went to him for advice about where to eat, beaches etc and nothing was too much trouble. A fine host running a fine hotel.

Кроме того отвозил на пляж и оюратно на своём туктуке совершенно бесплатно. Номер чистый, соответствует критерию цена-качество. Расположение прямо на береговой линии. Отличный вид на Патайю, особенно ночью. Завтраки приличные. В шаговой доступности севен илэвен и торговые лотки с фруктами и прочей снедью. Не понравилось только, что ночью из бассейна воду слили. А так всё отлично. Рекомендую!

Motorbikes are available for rent at 300 THB, though the one we received seemed to have been in a prior accident, making it difficult to ride as it constantly pulled to the left. The location is convenient, with restaurants within walking distance, and a shuttle service is also provided.
The bedroom and bathroom were clean, but the bathroom did have a slight drain odor. The room itself had no offensive smell, but wasn't particularly fresh-smelling either. The bathroom floor was quite slippery, so caution was needed when walking. The wall-mounted shower had very weak water pressure; a standard shower head would be a significant improvement. Interestingly, the water pressure at the sink and from the bidet sprayer was strong.
The room lighting was rather dim and yellowish. The TV was unusable due to intermittent signal (this was in our family room).
Breakfast included congee, bread, coffee, and Ovaltine.
