"Overall, it is excellent. Starting with the price, it's so cheap, including breakfast. The room is spacious for two guest and everything is new to welcome their honored guests. However, the younger woman who answers the phone with the hotel number, looks quite annoyed when the guest makes a call to ask how to get to the hotel. So we have no idea how she did that. Talking about the most important part is escorting their guest, the housekeeper (an aunt with short hair) is very friendly and she loves what she does. We gave her some tips for that. Her great service mind reduces our unsatisfied with the service of the first lady, and we still rate this service at a good level no matter what."

"The rooms are quite spacious, and it's a very new hotel on Koh Larn. Downstairs is a popular spot that's busy with people all day. Staying in rooms 1 or 2 gives you a great sea view, which was an unexpected bonus. The cleanliness is typical of a guesthouse. There's a sweet, slender young lady at reception who helped us with check-in; her service was the best. The showerhead in the bathroom is fixed and can't be detached, which feels very old-fashioned. A new hotel really shouldn't have installed something like that. The hotel's location is excellent; it's very peaceful at night, and you can walk straight out to the beach, which is perfect for snorkeling."
