I really liked this hotel. I'd say its location is the best. We stayed for 10 nights. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. However, some rooms don't have a proper bathroom door, just a curtain, which isn't very convenient. You can request a kettle. Housekeeping comes daily after 2 PM if you leave your key. Breakfasts were a bit repetitive and an acquired taste, but filling. No fruit was provided though. The hotel staff were friendly and always ready to help. You can rent a scooter for 250 baht/day, or get one for free if you paid for your room directly at the hotel. Island life has its quirks: narrow roads, heavy traffic, barking dogs, crowing roosters, and 7/11 stores are always packed with people clearing out the shelves, plus prices are higher than in Pattaya. There's a market, seafood buffets, cafes, and massage places – everything you need. The sea is excellent and clean. Be careful though, there are sea urchins! They provide an electric cart to the nearest beach. Overall, I recommend this hotel.

Spent 2 nights in room #1. Located at the entrance. I do not recommend it. The view of the sea and Pattaya is half hidden by the kitchen extension. The lower part of the walls of the room is decorated with areas of peeling paint. Perhaps just dampness, but I do not rule out mold. Breakfast is standard meager and the same. The territory consists of a flooring in front of 8 rooms and a section of the coast with sand, suitable for sunbathing and swimming at high water. Quiet. It is not easy to find the hotel yourself. Transfer from the pier and back is available. The hotel gave a bike for a day for 200 baht. There are enough food outlets around. Seafood trade and their preparation is very close. The area with a transfer to the beaches is nearby

We stayed here for 11 days, during this time the room was cleaned twice, when the water/toilet paper/coffee ran out we had to beg the owner. The hotel is 2.5 km from Monkey Beach, 700 meters from Bali Hai Pier, there are many cafes/shops nearby. You can ask the owner for a bike (300) and a taxi (100). At night the music from the cafes is blaring, everything would be fine, but the singers are tone-deaf. It's nice to sit outside, but there are a lot of flies, ants and mosquitoes.
The garden is beautiful in autumn,

The view was splendid, and the facilities were good but could be improved. The pick-up and drop-off service to the port was excellent.
