"This was a really great place to stay. It's located in the heart of Seminyak, and it's about a 10-15 minute walk to the beach and beachfront restaurants like Ku De Ta. The room was spacious, and although the pool was a bit chilly, we still enjoyed it. When we had early morning tours, they brought breakfast to our room earlier than usual, and I was personally satisfied with the wide variety of options. The staff were also very kind. It's unavoidable, but there were some mosquitoes in the room. However, it was within an acceptable range (just one flying around the room). The restaurant within the villa was a bit pricey. The spa was decent, but the service was very meticulous, and overall I was quite satisfied. I'd definitely want to go back."

"This is one of those hotels you just want to return to. Over six days, we never once felt like we were missing anything. On the contrary, every day we discovered something new, and we really didn't want to leave. The most striking impression was the level of service. They truly surround you with care from the moment you check in until you check out. It was incredibly convenient that we could communicate with staff via WhatsApp: we ordered room service, used the laundry, booked activities, and any question was resolved quickly. The Kids Club deserves a special mention. We loved the eco-friendly approach: the hotel has its own garden where children can walk around, plant and care for plants, make crafts from natural materials, and participate in various creative activities. The club itself is very clean, well-equipped, and the educators are incredibly kind and attentive. Besides that, there’s a real, small mini-zoo on the premises. Every day we went to see the animals: there are deer, goats, rabbits, birds, an otter, and other inhabitants. The deer impressed the children the most. You can also go fishing. The hotel grounds are incredibly beautiful. The pool with a jungle view is one of the most memorable spots, where we wanted to spend time every day. The food also left an excellent impression. Breakfasts were very diverse. A personal discovery for me was the coconut vegan yogurts – so delicious that I ate them every morning. And when we left in the middle of the night to catch the sunrise at Mount Batur, they thoughtfully prepared breakfast for us to take with us. Over the six days, we still didn't manage to try everything the hotel has to offer. There are so many activities for adults and children that you could easily spend your entire vacation here without hardly leaving the property. The only thing to consider is that the hotel is located not in the center of Ubud, but closer to Kintamani. For us, this was actually an advantage – it's quiet all around, with fresh air and a feeling of complete unity with nature. There's a free shuttle several times a day to the center, so getting there isn't difficult. Due to its elevated location, it's cooler here in the mornings and evenings than in Ubud itself, so I recommend bringing a light sweater."

During our stay, there were some unfortunate incidents: cigarette smoke entered our room, and a hair was found in the food at breakfast. However, in both cases, the staff responded very promptly and with genuine care. The room change was handled quickly, and regarding the breakfast issue, they sincerely apologized and showed a strong commitment to improvement. I believe that what truly matters in travel is not whether problems never occur, but rather how they are resolved when they do. In that regard, the service at this hotel was truly impressive. Thanks to the warm smiles and kindness of the staff, the good memories far outweighed the inconveniences. "Nice resort, nice beach, nice hotel. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and service were abysmal. First and foremost, they burn garbage on the beach, so the entire resort smells like burnt garbage/plastic. On the first night the bed was broken, we reported the issue and were shown a second room. Unfortunately a bat flew in the room, and was contained in the washroom which made the room unsanitary. No other rooms were available, we were offered a paid upgrade which we declined. Wrote to Trip and documented the issue via the hotel's WhatsApp. The hotel offered us a complimentary pool view room, but only the next day so we had to sleep in this collapsed bed. The next room we were moved to, the tea cups were not washed and a gum was left in the coffee/tea tray which shows the poor quality in cleanliness. The hotel refused to provide any compensation for the first night. Avoid and spend your money elsewhere."

"We enjoy our stay at The Komu Canggu Bali where many eateries (local food and brunch cafe) are located within the vicinity. Starbuck , Pickleball court , 24 hours mart, massage , Secret Garden are ＜200m away. Not to forget Finns Beach Club is also walking distance. A special thanks to the front desk crew Edwin and a few of them for being so friendly and recommended a lot must try restaurant in Canggu and Ubud, we will definitely come again ❤️"
