Ayana boasts four hotels with different styles, offering breakfast at three distinct restaurants and nearly 30 more dining and bar options for other meals – a true culinary delight. Their all-day shuttle service efficiently transports guests to pools, restaurants, and museums, making it incredibly convenient. Room replenishment is also very prompt. Honestly, I can't think of any downsides. If only the price were a bit more favorable, it would be absolutely perfect, haha.

[ Professionals who welcome you like a real friend ] My stay at Sanglung Villa in Bali was absolutely flawless. The villa itself is of incredibly high quality, but what truly stole my heart was the exceptional service provided by the staff. It was wonderful to see how the local staff from the village worked together like a close-knit family, yet maintained an incredibly high level of professionalism and systematic efficiency. They operate like a well-oiled machine while keeping a warm, welcoming vibe. I especially want to give a massive shoutout to “Anggreni”—management absolutely needs to recognize what an invaluable asset she is to this property. Even though her shift officially ends at 10 PM, I personally saw her working well past 11 PM, going completely above and beyond to look after the guests with unmatched attentiveness. Her professional mindset, pure dedication, and genuine human-to-human kindness left me in absolute awe. It wasn't just good service; it was inspiring passion. Thank you to Anggreni and the entire Sanglung Villa team for making my stay unforgettable. I will definitely be back!

Great little villa in the remote area of Sebatu village. It’s very secluded place perfect for a single traveler looking for some peace and relaxation away from the busy streets of Ubud (the closest bigger city) as well as couples just trying to relax and spend some time together. It’s 10km from Ubud or good 1 hour of car to get there (traffic is pretty crazy) however if you don’t need the lights of the city or more social environment you have pretty much everything around the villa. Several restaurants that are 300-700meter away with pretty decent food options for both lunch and dinner. On top of that you have couple of massage places nearby as well. Fairly close to Tegalallang rice terraces (around 20min by scooter). To finish I’d say that the villa is small but very comfortable. The staff is pretty available and hospitable. Definitely recommended.

Yana ensures the restaurants runs like clockwork, delivering a smooth, polished, and faultless dining experience every time. And Arta and Crisna—your work ethic and standards are simply outstanding. You consistently go above and beyond in a way that truly elevates the entire property. Cleanliness is absolutely next level—impeccable in every possible way with an amazing housekeeping team. This is Marriott. This is Westin. And this is hospitality done at its very best.

We spent one night at the hotel and booked a swim with dolphins. We were told to stand at reception at 5:30 a.m. and that a car would pick us up. They ended up picking us up at 6:05 a.m. by bike, and we walked about 5 minutes to the beach. The hotel itself is calm, comfortable, quiet, and well-maintained. Check-in and check-out were quick. Great hostel to stay for 2-3 days near Batur! The price-quality is ideal! The room is modest, but that's enough. The territory has a beautiful view and a caring owner. During the day there are a lot of flies, but not only in this hostel, but in the whole village near Lake Batur. I recommend for such a price.

I was actually a bit worried because previous reviews had a lot of complaints about the hot tub. However, once we arrived, it turns out Bobocabin has made improvements. We were able to enjoy the Kintamani hot springs privately, right next to our cabin, with a view of the lake to boot. The only downside is that the road to the location is quite narrow and not in good condition if you're driving. Don't be surprised by the many flies, as this is typical of Kintamani.

Overall this place is great, its really near to My. Batur pick up point for my sunrise activity that i have planned. The host services has been exceptional, they are very friendly, attentive to our request, food was great too. Their private pool for each of their villa comes with hotspring water! Which was the best experience overlooking the padi field and unwind at its best. Will definitely come back again if im ever visiting Bali!

Getting there is quite an adventure) the audibility is just as if the owners are sleeping in your bed with all the animals) the shower pipe is from the wall))) fortunately we were in this hotel for one night, we couldn’t stand it for the second! The hosts are responsive and kind, the pool with warm water was changed every day. Spent the night purely for the climb up the mountain

For a couple of days, a good hotel. You can rent a bike at the hotel for 70K, there is a diving center nearby. You can order a transfer to the airport, since it is difficult to find a taxi in this area. I ordered to the airport for 700K. The room is spacious, there is air conditioning, hot water and that's it. The room is not cleaned. You can eat in the cafe near the hotel. The prices are reasonable. The cafe is open until 10 pm. The ocean is about 40 meters from the hotel.
