We were very satisfied with the room arrangements. We had communicated in advance that it was our honeymoon and birthday, and the special decorations arranged by our private butler were very thoughtful. Many thanks! The hotel rooms and facilities are excellent, and the breakfast especially gets full marks 💯. The overall area of the hotel is very large; two days were simply not enough time for us to explore everything. It's a place to take your time and wander around. The little monkeys are also very cute, and although we didn't get close to them (and wouldn't dare to), it was nice to occasionally see them by the roadside from the shuttle bus. The experience was quite good. Next time I come to Bali, I plan to spend my entire holiday at AYANA Segara Bali.

The villa itself is of incredibly high quality, but what truly stole my heart was the exceptional service provided by the staff. It was wonderful to see how the local staff from the village worked together like a close-knit family, yet maintained an incredibly high level of professionalism and systematic efficiency. They operate like a well-oiled machine while keeping a warm, welcoming vibe. I especially want to give a massive shoutout to “Anggreni”—management absolutely needs to recognize what an invaluable asset she is to this property. Even though her shift officially ends at 10 PM, I personally saw her working well past 11 PM, going completely above and beyond to look after the guests with unmatched attentiveness. Her professional mindset, pure dedication, and genuine human-to-human kindness left me in absolute awe. It wasn't just good service; it was inspiring passion. Thank you to Anggreni and the entire Sanglung Villa team for making my stay unforgettable. I will definitely be back!

This is the only hotel I will stay if I come back to Kuta again. Each person has their own experience, personally, I like quiet, chill, private, and locally traditional style so I can be more immersed in the local culture. Poppies Hotel provides such entertainment and friendly services. The room, the decoration, the little garden for each cottage, and the well-designed space and the beautiful pool!! I mean, I didn’t go outside for anything, simply just staying in the hotel for whole day until my surfing class in the late afternoon. Also, I used the restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner…haha, I mean just trustworthy with fresh, clean and delicious food. The staff there almost worked for 20+ years so they were like families to those who often come to Bali and stay at Poppies. The driver who provided pickup and drop off to the airport services Mag (hopefully I was right) worked there for 20 years and still loves his job! Before I left for the airport, I went to the pool and lied down for the last 30 minutes, even being a bit emotional for it was so PEACEFUL!! I love Poppies Hotel!!!

Amazing and flawless 10/10 stay at The Westin Ubud Bali. You consistently go above and beyond in a way that truly elevates the entire property. Cleanliness is absolutely next level—impeccable in every possible way with an amazing housekeeping team. This is Marriott. This is Westin. And this is hospitality done at its very best.

This is a wonderful place to stay. The staff are friendly, the grounds are beautiful, and the pool is great. The room itself is quite simple but has everything you need. They offer a free shuttle to the incredibly beautiful Pandawa Beach. The breakfast is delicious with a good selection of dishes. Since I was staying alone in a double room, they even allowed me to choose two dishes. I also booked a massage, and they did it right in my room, even though it was late. And it was the best massage of my life! If you stay here, you absolutely must try it – your body will thank you.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel, nestled in the Ubud jungle. Our small, minimalist bungalows, with their panoramic windows, offered stunning views of the Balinese nature. The gentle babbling of the stream and the singing of birds provided a sense of complete tranquility. Inside, the modern amenities included smart lighting control, privacy glass, music accessible via a tablet, hot water, and a jacuzzi. In the evenings, they lit a bonfire for us for just 35,000 IDR. Breakfast was delivered directly to our bungalow, and the reception always had complimentary drinks, tea, coffee, and snacks available. We were greeted by adorable kittens on the property, which we even fed milk to. This place is perfect for a secluded retreat in nature. I wholeheartedly recommend it, a definite 10/10!

Great little villa in the remote area of Sebatu village. It’s very secluded place perfect for a single traveler looking for some peace and relaxation away from the busy streets of Ubud (the closest bigger city) as well as couples just trying to relax and spend some time together. It’s 10km from Ubud or good 1 hour of car to get there (traffic is pretty crazy) however if you don’t need the lights of the city or more social environment you have pretty much everything around the villa. Several restaurants that are 300-700meter away with pretty decent food options for both lunch and dinner. On top of that you have couple of massage places nearby as well. Fairly close to Tegalallang rice terraces (around 20min by scooter). To finish I’d say that the villa is small but very comfortable. The staff is pretty available and hospitable. Definitely recommended.

I was actually a bit worried because previous reviews had a lot of complaints about the hot tub. However, once we arrived, it turns out Bobocabin has made improvements. We were able to enjoy the Kintamani hot springs privately, right next to our cabin, with a view of the lake to boot. The only downside is that the road to the location is quite narrow and not in good condition if you're driving. Don't be surprised by the many flies, as this is typical of Kintamani.

Great hostel to stay for 2-3 days near Batur! The price-quality is ideal! The room is modest, but that's enough. The territory has a beautiful view and a caring owner. During the day there are a lot of flies, but not only in this hostel, but in the whole village near Lake Batur. I recommend for such a price.

For a couple of days, a good hotel. You can rent a bike at the hotel for 70K, there is a diving center nearby. You can order a transfer to the airport, since it is difficult to find a taxi in this area. I ordered to the airport for 700K. The room is spacious, there is air conditioning, hot water and that's it. The room is not cleaned. You can eat in the cafe near the hotel. The prices are reasonable. The cafe is open until 10 pm. The ocean is about 40 meters from the hotel.
