"A spotlessly clean hotel with very kind and friendly staff. We originally booked for one night, were very satisfied, and extended our stay by another night. All the staff are incredibly polite, thank you to all of them."

Amazing

**Ambience:** In the morning, I was lucky enough to spot a family of monkeys while wandering around the grounds. I stayed in a Segara basic garden view room, which faced the lobby. From my balcony, I could hear music from the Luna Bar on the top floor. We were always out exploring during the day and didn't get back until after 6 PM, so I missed out on the sunset at the bar, which was a shame. The Rock Bar also gets quite lively around that time.
**Service:** I tried the beachfront BBQ at the restaurant, but personally, I thought it was just okay. The hotel restaurants are pricier than outside; a single coconut cost 90K. But since I was already there, I went with it.

Great
RRadomirGreat little villa in the remote area of Sebatu village. It’s very secluded place perfect for a single traveler looking for some peace and relaxation away from the busy streets of Ubud (the closest bigger city) as well as couples just trying to relax and spend some time together.
It’s 10km from Ubud or good 1 hour of car to get there (traffic is pretty crazy) however if you don’t need the lights of the city or more social environment you have pretty much everything around the villa. Several restaurants that are 300-700meter away with pretty decent food options for both lunch and dinner.
On top of that you have couple of massage places nearby as well.
Fairly close to Tegalallang rice terraces (around 20min by scooter).
To finish I’d say that the villa is small but very comfortable. The staff is pretty available and hospitable.
Definitely recommended.

Great
NNATHAN TYEAmazing and flawless 10/10 stay at The Westin Ubud Bali.
From the moment you arrive, the atmosphere is pure serenity—nestled in a lush rainforest setting with a breathtaking centrepiece infinity pool that feels like it’s floating in the clouds amongst the serine jungle. It’s the kind of place where you instantly slow down and just breathe and experience a place you can relax, be well and rise every day feeling better than the next.
The food is exceptional across the board—thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, and consistently delicious. Every meal felt like a highlight and Sebastian takes pride and care with his team and the high food quality standards.
What truly sets this property apart, though, is the passionate Westin associates that Go Beyond! The entire team operates at an incredibly high level, and it shows in every interaction. A special thank you to General Manager Saraswati, whose hands-on leadership is evident everywhere; you can feel how much she genuinely cares about both guests and her team.
Darma at the lobby bar is a standout… his attention to detail and craftsmanship behind the bar made every visit memorable. Yana ensures the restaurants runs like clockwork, delivering a smooth, polished, and faultless dining experience every time. And Arta and Crisna—your work ethic and standards are simply outstanding. You consistently go above and beyond in a way that truly elevates the entire property.
Cleanliness is absolutely next level—impeccable in every possible way with an amazing housekeeping team.
This is Marriott. This is Westin. And this is hospitality done at its very best.

Very Good
ААnnaStrA good option with a great pool. Breakfasts are varied, including a fruit plate or juice, a full teapot, and coffee, and you can request extra tea and coffee. The room is spacious, with a closet, safe, kettle, tea, and coffee. The only thing is the toilet smells.

SSERGEI009Great hostel to stay for 2-3 days near Batur! The price-quality is ideal! The room is modest, but that's enough. The territory has a beautiful view and a caring owner. During the day there are a lot of flies, but not only in this hostel, but in the whole village near Lake Batur. I recommend for such a price.
RrettyncsI was actually a bit worried because previous reviews had a lot of complaints about the hot tub. However, once we arrived, it turns out Bobocabin has made improvements. We were able to enjoy the Kintamani hot springs privately, right next to our cabin, with a view of the lake to boot. The only downside is that the road to the location is quite narrow and not in good condition if you're driving. Don't be surprised by the many flies, as this is typical of Kintamani.
GGuest UserOverall this place is great, its really near to My. Batur pick up point for my sunrise activity that i have planned.
The host services has been exceptional, they are very friendly, attentive to our request, food was great too.
Their private pool for each of their villa comes with hotspring water! Which was the best experience overlooking the padi field and unwind at its best.
Will definitely come back again if im ever visiting Bali!
SSIARHEI BALIWe had a wonderful time at this hotel, nestled in the Ubud jungle. Our small, minimalist bungalows, with their panoramic windows, offered stunning views of the Balinese nature. The gentle babbling of the stream and the singing of birds provided a sense of complete tranquility. Inside, the modern amenities included smart lighting control, privacy glass, music accessible via a tablet, hot water, and a jacuzzi. In the evenings, they lit a bonfire for us for just 35,000 IDR. Breakfast was delivered directly to our bungalow, and the reception always had complimentary drinks, tea, coffee, and snacks available. We were greeted by adorable kittens on the property, which we even fed milk to. This place is perfect for a secluded retreat in nature. I wholeheartedly recommend it, a definite 10/10!

GGuest UserGetting there is quite an adventure) the audibility is just as if the owners are sleeping in your bed with all the animals) the shower pipe is from the wall))) fortunately we were in this hotel for one night, we couldn’t stand it for the second! The hosts are responsive and kind, the pool with warm water was changed every day. Spent the night purely for the climb up the mountain
GGuest UserFor a couple of days, a good hotel. You can rent a bike at the hotel for 70K, there is a diving center nearby. You can order a transfer to the airport, since it is difficult to find a taxi in this area. I ordered to the airport for 700K. The room is spacious, there is air conditioning, hot water and that's it. The room is not cleaned. You can eat in the cafe near the hotel. The prices are reasonable. The cafe is open until 10 pm. The ocean is about 40 meters from the hotel.
