"This is a good hotel with beautiful grounds. They offer a very convenient shuttle service to the beach and shopping mall several times a day, and pick you up as well. The rooms aren't new, but for the price, it's an absolute steal! We had two rooms without breakfast. We bought breakfast on-site one day, and it was decent. The staff are very welcoming, friendly, and respectful. We stayed one night before our flight (then decided to buy an additional night, which turned out to be more cost-effective than extending hourly). If I had known how good this hotel was, we would have stayed longer. I suppose there are downsides too. My daughter went to the fitness room and said the equipment was very old, in poor condition, and needs updating. Otherwise, I highly recommend this hotel. It's a very decent option for a low price."

"My stay at Kenran Resort Ubud was mixed. I had specifically booked a room with a terrace on the 2nd or 3rd floor, but when I arrived, I was given a room on the 1st floor instead. Unfortunately, the room had a very strong mold smell, which made the first night quite unpleasant. I raised the issue with the staff, and only after a fairly long discussion did they agree to move me to another room the following day. Once I was moved to the 3rd floor, the experience changed completely. The room was much better, and the views from the resort were genuinely beautiful. My main advice to future guests would be to check the room carefully when you arrive, especially if you are placed on the 1st floor. Based on my experience, I would personally avoid the first-floor rooms. The breakfast was another weak point for me. The menu felt limited and could definitely be improved. Overall, the resort has amazing views and a lot of potential, and my stay became very enjoyable after moving to the 3rd floor. However, the first-day room issue and the breakfast quality stopped it from being a great experience from the beginning."

"The hotel's location is excellent. I thought it was far away, but it's actually very close to Ubud Palace, making shopping incredibly convenient. There's also a large supermarket, COCO, nearby, which is great for buying things. The hotel staff provided exceptional service, and I'm very grateful to them."

"Ramada Encore Seminyak is ok for the price point. Quiet and spacious hotel. A little off the main area, however on a positive note it’s quieter. Rooms are clean and comfortable with all amenities provided including small kitchenette and larger fridge for convenience. Bed was comfortable and pleasant view over pool area. Pool area was fine, however rather hot in pool surroundings with water clean and pleasant for a refreshing swim. Breakfast taste and quality was mediocre, just passable, however ambiance not so pleasant due to busy during peak hours. All staff pleasant, friendly and professional at all times. The only detraction was the unsightly food trays being left outside rooms in the hallways for hours."

"Loved staying here! Most welcoming staff..loved having a chat with me..the guys in parking were super accommodating and helpful.. especially upon leaving to get my large motorbike out of a tight space...Dedi in the dining was so beautiful and friendly and accommodating to all my dining needs both dinner and breakfast....felt like a made a friend..the sunsets were amazing and the doggy friends to accompany you topped it off with a sunset cocktail at the Accommodation's beachside restaurant and bar SE AHOUSE ..would definitely recommend staying here!!"

"This is one of those hotels you just want to return to. Over six days, we never once felt like we were missing anything. On the contrary, every day we discovered something new, and we really didn't want to leave. The most striking impression was the level of service. They truly surround you with care from the moment you check in until you check out. It was incredibly convenient that we could communicate with staff via WhatsApp: we ordered room service, used the laundry, booked activities, and any question was resolved quickly. The Kids Club deserves a special mention. We loved the eco-friendly approach: the hotel has its own garden where children can walk around, plant and care for plants, make crafts from natural materials, and participate in various creative activities. The club itself is very clean, well-equipped, and the educators are incredibly kind and attentive. Besides that, there’s a real, small mini-zoo on the premises. Every day we went to see the animals: there are deer, goats, rabbits, birds, an otter, and other inhabitants. The deer impressed the children the most. You can also go fishing. The hotel grounds are incredibly beautiful. The pool with a jungle view is one of the most memorable spots, where we wanted to spend time every day. The food also left an excellent impression. Breakfasts were very diverse. A personal discovery for me was the coconut vegan yogurts – so delicious that I ate them every morning. And when we left in the middle of the night to catch the sunrise at Mount Batur, they thoughtfully prepared breakfast for us to take with us. Over the six days, we still didn't manage to try everything the hotel has to offer. There are so many activities for adults and children that you could easily spend your entire vacation here without hardly leaving the property. The only thing to consider is that the hotel is located not in the center of Ubud, but closer to Kintamani. For us, this was actually an advantage – it's quiet all around, with fresh air and a feeling of complete unity with nature. There's a free shuttle several times a day to the center, so getting there isn't difficult. Due to its elevated location, it's cooler here in the mornings and evenings than in Ubud itself, so I recommend bringing a light sweater."

"Hoshi Jungle is one of those places you immediately want to return to. Nestled deep in the jungles of Ubud, the hotel is surrounded by lush greenery, the sounds of nature, and a truly peaceful atmosphere that helps you slow down and fully relax. At the same time, the beautiful rice terraces are within walking distance - perfect for a morning walk, taking photos, and experiencing the authentic charm of Bali. The service deserves a special mention: it is genuinely exceptional. The team is attentive, warm, and always happy to help. Housekeeping was impeccable every day, and the laundry service was also excellent, fast, and very reasonably priced. Breakfasts here are absolutely incredible - delicious, beautifully presented, and varied. The hotel restaurant quickly became our favorite place throughout the stay: the food was outstanding, the menu was full of delicious options, and the prices were very fair. We had dinner there every evening because we simply did not want to go anywhere else. The hotel grounds are beautiful and full of atmosphere. I especially loved the heated pool with a jacuzzi - the perfect place to unwind after exploring Ubud, look out over the jungle, and simply enjoy the moment. Hoshi Jungle is a perfect choice for anyone looking for nature, privacy, excellent service, and an authentic Balinese atmosphere. It is one of those hotels that becomes an unforgettable part of the journey itself."

"The villa is superb. Very stylish, beautiful, and modern. We absolutely love it. We've traveled and stayed in many places, so we have plenty to compare. And this villa is beyond reproach. It has its own pool, it's clean, the room has all the amenities, and a beautiful sleeping area with a round bed. We were very surprised by the large projector and the outdoor bathroom. The breakfast was delicious and a la carte. The staff deserves special praise. Everyone was very pleasant, sweet, and smiling. They saw us off like family. We really appreciated the attention. The only thing is the location isn't very convenient; it's very quiet, with practically nothing around."
