I don’t usually leave reviews, but this is my first because I was genuinely very satisfied with my stay. The host was extremely friendly and hospitable, and the food was good. I booked a single room and found it very relaxing. If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful place to stay, this is an excellent option. The surroundings are lush, green, and very serene. She also helped me with the bike and recommended a good money exchange.

My stay at Renaissance Bali Uluwatu started with a hiccup, it ended on such a wonderful note that I would happily return. Due to a system error, I was given the wrong room type upon check-in, and unfortunately there were no vacant rooms available that day. However, the hotel team handled the situation professionally. The very next day, they upgraded me to their best room category as part of their service recovery, which I truly appreciated. What made the experience even more memorable was the genuine hospitality. The staff noticed it was my birthday and surprised me during breakfast by singing a birthday song. I was touched, although a little awkward too 😅. A special mention to Manager Aldi, who consistently checked in on me whenever we crossed paths around the hotel to make sure everything was going well. That personal touch made a big difference. The hotel itself is beautiful—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The sunset views are stunning, the ambience is peaceful, and the spacious grounds make it a great place to unwind. My room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast team was efficient and attentive, and the overall service throughout the stay was excellent. Thank you to the Renaissance Uluwatu team for turning an initial disappointment into such a memorable experience. Your sincere service recovery and warm hospitality truly stood out. I'll definitely be back!

Our stay at the hotel was truly enjoyable. The location is at Pandawa Beach, which made the whole experience peaceful and relaxing—it's a very quiet place, perfect for unwinding and escaping the busy city life. I would also like to give special credit to the staff. Everyone was very nice, friendly, and accommodating throughout our stay. In particular, Ms. Widya, who always served us breakfast, provided excellent service with a warm and pleasant attitude. We also really appreciated the young lady at the front desk—she was welcoming, helpful, and attentive to our needs. Номер оказался чистым, уютным и хорошо оборудованным — есть всё необходимое для комфортного отдыха. Особенно порадовали удобная кровать и тишина, благодаря чему отлично высыпались. Расположение тоже удачное — рядом есть всё, что нужно: магазины, кафе и интересные места. В целом, остались только положительные впечатления. С удовольствием вернёмся сюда снова и будем рекомендовать этот отель другим!

The villa is nice, recently renovated and modern, but the cleaning is poor, so it's already looking tired. The fabric surfaces are stained. The bathroom floor is covered in hair. When we checked in, we had to ask for a second cleaning. We stayed in a windy, rainy day. The glass is poor, there's no soundproofing, and there's no airtightness. Water leaks into the room, the glass shakes, and it's constantly damp. The water in the pool kept disappearing, and we had to ask for more. It's located far away, and you can't get anywhere on foot without a moped or taxi. We wouldn't return.

I really liked the stay. The cabin rooms were very nice, the bed was wide and the pillows and sheets soft and comfortable. The air conditioning worked very well. In the rooms, in addition to towels for the shower, they also include bathrobes and flip-flops for the pool or bathroom. They offer varied and rich breakfast. There are some very calm dogs all over the place which is super normal and they come up to you right at breakfast time. The service is very nice and professional. The only negative in our opinion was that the shower and toilet do not have a screen to separate them and when you shower you get soaked. Not counting that detail, this hotel is highly recommended and we would stay again if given the opportunity.

Everything is perfect. The hospitality and staff were very helpful. I highly recommend staying here for a short or long day. Will return to this homestay again.
