Also, knew that you booked the spa and they would call you again. But there is a mistake that half of my swimming pool was not filled with water the next day. I didn‘t know how to solve it, so I asked the staff to find someone to deal with it. Then I called a total of three times and saw a worker observing my pool and I was very surprised. Unexpectedly, they didn’t send the staff, that is, the waiter at the front desk, to explain to me that I had made three calls, and my three calls were within half an hour to nine words in total. It was not better than a reasonable time for them to deal with things, although there was no water in the room I rented. It‘s a serious problem. I’m surprised that they don‘t send waiters. It’s because I communicated with that worker. The worker didn‘t know English. He wanted to use a telephone translator to communicate with me. I was just asking him a very simple question, that is, when can I fill up the pool of water? He didn’t seem to understand. I think that since a guest has called three times, he should actually send a staff member. In the end, I saw that the water in the pool was slowly pouring back, but if it was really to the extent of Infinity Pool, I remember that it was after sunset. This is a beautiful thing. Facilities: What surprised me about the facilities is that it has a 24-hour fitness room and a treasure drink. In addition, it has a beach chair with sun umbrellas and a view of the sea by the pool. I appreciate it very much. As for the Spa, I think the price is too expensive. It‘s 10 times different from the price of going out on the street. Food: In terms of food, I really appreciate the different styles of breakfast. Although it is a buffet, every detail will change. One of the selling point of his breakfast that I like is that the color is very colorful. It is really first-class. The nutritional value of the food is very high. It is definitely not an ordinary buffet. There are some cereals, such as oats, dairy, soy milk, and some vegetarians’ favorite sweet potatoes, red bean buns, etc. As for the seaside restaurant, I also tried their pizza and buried beef fillet. The level is qualified. As for the food in the restaurant, I think it‘s full enough. There are also snacks on the first plate, which makes me very surprised. Surprised 酒店服務：基本上非常之貼身無論喺用餐嘅過程喺出入reception職員都會問候你，不過有啲突然係佢會喺清潔房間嘅時候行入你間房而我係唔知道嘅因為我喺出邊泳池只係我忘記掛一個請勿打擾的牌，然後職員會定期打電話給你例如係知道你第二日要退房會問你聽日有啲乜嘢安排？即係交通上嗰啲同埋知道你book咗Spa佢又會打電話嚟提你，但係有樣美中不足就係第二日我個泳池啲水冇咗一半，我唔知點解我就叫職員搵人處理，然後我仲打咗總共三次電話先見到有工人喺度觀察我嘅水池而我好驚訝，佢哋竟然冇派到職員即係前台嘅服務生過嚟同我解釋仲要我係打咗三次電話而我嗰三次電話係總共係喺半個鐘頭至九個字之內打嘅自問都唔係比一個好唔合理嘅時間佢哋處理件事，雖然冇池水呢件事喺我租呢一間房間裏便其實都算係一個幾嚴重嘅問題我話驚訝點解佢哋唔派服務生過嚟？係因為我同嗰個工人溝通嗰個工人原來係唔識英文佢要用電話嘅翻譯器去同我溝通我只不過係問佢好簡單嘅問題就係幾時先可以斟返滿啲池水佢都似乎聽唔明我認為既然個客人已經打咗前後三次電話嚟佢其實應該要派個職員過嚟了解一下件事最後我見到啲池水係慢慢斟滿返，但係要真係針到Infinity Pool嘅程度我記得係日落之後嘅事啦呢件算係美中不足嘅一件事。 設施：設施方面令我驚訝就係佢有廿四小時嘅健身室同埋裏面有寶礦力飲另外就係佢有有太陽傘嘅沙灘椅喺池邊仲可以望住過海呢樣嘢我係非常之欣賞至於Spa我就覺得價錢太過貴啦，根本係同出去大街嘅價錢相差10倍 食物：食物方面我非常欣賞佢早餐會轉唔同嘅款式雖然都係自助餐但係佢每個細節都會有變化而佢嘅早餐有個我好鍾意嘅賣點就係個顏色係非常之色彩繽紛用嚟影相打卡真係一流同埋啲食物個營養價值好高，絕對唔係一般嘅自助餐佢係有一啲穀物啦燕麥啦奶類亦都有豆奶啦，亦都有啲素食人士鍾意嘅番薯呀紅豆包啊等等至於海邊餐廳我亦試咗佢哋嘅pizza同埋牛柳水準係合格的至於餐廳嘅食物我認為係夠飽肚的亦都有附送頭盤小食一點令我非常驚訝

Our stay at La Joya Balangan Resort was absolutely stunning. We were warmly welcomed by Loly, who personally took us to our breathtaking three-bedroom villa. The moment we walked in, we were blown away by the cliffside ocean views. Our private pool and villa space felt just as spacious as the main pool, making it perfect for relaxing with the family. The rooms were comfortable, and the open living area in the three-bedroom villa added to the unique experience—we didn’t mind it at all and actually enjoyed the open-air feel. Breakfast offered a good selection, and the staff throughout the resort were friendly and helpful, especially with arranging massages and motorbike hire. One of the highlights for our family was that the kids had daily surfing lessons with local instructors, which they absolutely loved. During our stay, we visited Sunday Beach Club, where we spent a fun-filled day with the kids. We also dined at Honditis, which lived up to its Instagram-famous reputation—the food was very good. Another highlight was visiting The Malini, where we were greeted with incredible cliffside views, fresh seafood, and a truly memorable dining experience. La Joya Balangan Resort is perfect for families looking for comfort, great service, and unforgettable views. We would happily stay again.

Overall, I had a great stay at Nuju. • Overall: The room was very well equipped and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the powerful hair dryer. • Service: The team was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. Check-in was smooth, and I appreciated that the staff proactively offered assistance and sincerely sought guest feedback for continuous improvement. • Food & Beverage: I really appreciated the attention to detail throughout the dining experience. The welcome gin soda was a lovely touch, and the food was excellent overall. Suggestions for improvement Room design (for future consideration) • The bathroom lighting could be brighter. Even with the lights on and the curtains open, it was difficult to apply makeup in the morning. • A master light switch would be a great addition, allowing guests to turn off all the lights at once before bed. If this isn’t feasible in the short term, it would be helpful if the room orientation could include where all the individual light switches are located. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and appreciated the thoughtful hospitality.

Wow this place is a hidden gem. Perfect place to relax and enjoy your time while taking care of yourself during your vacation. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful in anything I needed. The instructors were great and supportive during my stay and made it very special. The food was absolutely amazing! So tasty and delicious. Do your self a favor, if your looking for a slow pace, relaxed and high quality place, come here - super recommended! Thank you for making my arrival to Bali so comfortable and exactly as I needed.

One of the best hotels we stayed in Bali! There's a beach nearby where you can surf, but I never got around to swimming. The room was spacious and very comfortable. We were lucky, we were in the most remote area, and rarely encountered other guests. VERY delicious breakfasts from the menu! There's a wonderful coffee shop called Le Yanandra next to the hotel. We had dinner there. Everything was delicious and filling. You'll be surprised by the portions. The staff was welcoming and friendly. We had a huge wasp fly in a few times. The security guard kindly sent it away. You can also take your clothes to the laundry; it costs next to nothing, but be prepared for them to occasionally return with brown stains after washing. Check them immediately and ask them to wash them again. :) Among the downsides, the pool smells of chlorine. The WiFi, water, and electricity are intermittent—the area itself is just that way. This happened twice in a week and a half. You can rent a badminton set on the premises, and there's a small gym (mats, weights, and a ball) on the second floor in the kitchen building.

I had a wonderful time here. The hotel sits in the heart of lush greenery, surrounded by a golf course. One of the best parts is the 3.2 km road that leads to the hotel from the main street of Jimbaran, Uluwatu — riding that stretch on a scooter feels amazing. The hotel is clean and the service is excellent. The breakfast is delicious, and there's a huge parking area, which is a big plus for anyone arriving on a scooter. Overall, it was a fantastic stay.

My stay at Renaissance Bali Uluwatu started with a hiccup, it ended on such a wonderful note that I would happily return. Due to a system error, I was given the wrong room type upon check-in, and unfortunately there were no vacant rooms available that day. However, the hotel team handled the situation professionally. The very next day, they upgraded me to their best room category as part of their service recovery, which I truly appreciated. What made the experience even more memorable was the genuine hospitality. The staff noticed it was my birthday and surprised me during breakfast by singing a birthday song. I was touched, although a little awkward too 😅. A special mention to Manager Aldi, who consistently checked in on me whenever we crossed paths around the hotel to make sure everything was going well. That personal touch made a big difference. The hotel itself is beautiful—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The sunset views are stunning, the ambience is peaceful, and the spacious grounds make it a great place to unwind. My room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast team was efficient and attentive, and the overall service throughout the stay was excellent. Thank you to the Renaissance Uluwatu team for turning an initial disappointment into such a memorable experience. Your sincere service recovery and warm hospitality truly stood out. I'll definitely be back!

Great pleasure staying in Svara villas. Extremely clean, great location, comfortable brand new villa, with lots of space, light and comfort. The property is recently opened, everything is new, looks like on pictures, even better. We stayed in 2-room villa, very comfortable rooms, each with a terrace, beautiful bathroom and big pool. Villas are in good location - near the Main Street, not far from Ocean and close to Padang Padang (better by car). Also Svara team has shown huge hospitality and were taking care about their guests during all the time of staying. Many thanks to Butler team - Pita, Yuni, Raul, Lucky, Vricho and Agus, they are making the experience in villas even more special! If you need an advice, help or just say hello - Svara team is showing a great professional hospitality. Also Adi, Erna and other members of housekeeping team helped to maintain villas in great condition! Indeed really the best team I have seen during many years. Really recommend this place!

Very central location with a Indo-Japanese setting theme. Close all the cafes and amenities with a bunch of upscale restaurants within walking distance. Staff is welcoming and doesn't leave any stone unturned. Additionally if you are looking to rent a bike they have in house pricing for it. Will visit again !
