My family and I had an awesome stay in Marriott’s Bali Nusa Dua Terrace. We stayed in a 3 bedrooms Villa which was spacious enough for kids to run around. Unfortunately the kids did not get to play in the plunge pool as water was cold. Breakfast spread was good selection and play centre was of good size to keep the kids occupied. We would definitely return to stay if we go back Bali again.

This is a good hotel for a family trip. I like the swimming pool It's nice that there's a shuttle so you can go to the beach and Bali Collection. There is nothing around, but if you walk a bit, there are shops. Not allowed in the middle of the day

First of all very old school hotel. The queue at the front desk is very slow, and it takes about 10 minutes for one person to check in. I feel that the manpower is not enough The second is that the tour guides in their lobby are not familiar with the surrounding business, so they can't talk about the places that can be played around. They just tell you to go to their swimming pool and shopping mall. The third is that the spa is basically full every day and cannot be ranked The fourth is that all toiletries are requested before they are given. Many employees are lazy, this is my comparison with other hotels. Overall....really ordinary and old school

I'm at the resort as I write, staying in a two bedroom villa. Beautiful to look at, well equipped kitchen. The living space is small for six but adequate. The aircon only operates in the main living area, the bedrooms rely on ceiling fans. I found the bed far too hard but that's personal preference. If you have a ground floor apartment, you will be up when your upstairs neighbors are up. There is very little sound insulation; the loo flush is especially noisy. The plunge pool looks great but, in reality, is too cold to use as it's unheated and the balcony receives no sun to warm it. There is nowhere to hang clothes outside on hangers (although people try judging by the signs on the sprinkles). The dryer in the kitchen is not great, and would not be an environmentally friendly option, so being able to hang clothes outside would be helpful. The balconies are not overlooked so it wouldn't be an eyesore. The pools are good but really need to be drained and cleaned. The jacuzzi has not worked either time I have visited. Music levels at the pools are far too loud and not a great ambience for a relaxing experience. If you want a good cocktail, skip the pool bar and take a stroll into town. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The gym is ok, lots of running machines; a rowing machine would be good. Strange choice of music; not sure if they know who their clientele are. Floor repairs ongoing. We went for the Wine Not wine tasting last night. Four glasses of wine; did it last year and it was great with a knowledgeable chap giving us recommendations. This year we were eventually given the choice of one white and two reds. White was ok, the red was undrinkable and had to chase after staff to get the bill to leave as the service was so slow. This was maybe our fault for choosing to sit in the terrace. Wasted evening. We are asked our room number all the time which feels like we are under surveillance and rather creepy. Not a great resort if you have mobility issues as there are lots of hills and stairs. The resort grounds are well maintained and beautiful. Overall, the resort is stunning to look at and the staff are friendly and helpful but I don't think it really knows its audience. I can't see that I will return.

First time in Bali and couldn’t wish for a better resort. Here you literally have what you want, most importantly a free connection to the beach with private umbrellas and sun beds every 30 minutes, with an excellent punctuality. The restaurants are also very good and pretty affordable. Only little downside about this place is the non-perfect service from the restaurants that are a bit slow, but it’s something I noticed you have to get used to in Asia.

First off, the positives. We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment, the property is relatively new so everything worked well and presented nicely. The gym was good, however again a little cramped. The pool facilities were excelled and the staff really attentive - personally I did not appreciated the loud music and I would of preferred something a little more relaxing. The kids club was good. The not so positive. The apartment would be pretty cramped for 4 people - I travelled with my partner and 18 month old daughter and we found it pokey. Overall we found the food (quality and choices) to be poor, this was a major disappointment. We ate in the backstage restaurant twice - it was pretty awful. Firstly my partner spotted a rat in the restaurant near the kitchen, then we were served bland wester food that was really salty. The kids menu was abysmal - the mash potato tasted like it came from a packet, yuck. I would like to feed my infant daughter fresh and healthy food - way too much chips and fried food on the menu. The breakfast buffet was pretty average - you have to wait 10 mins for a omelette. The food in the Lion X was better and I found the staff (especially Widia) to be really good. Overall our level of satisfaction was so impacted by the quality of food the overall rating for our stay is poor. It could of been a great experience but the management needs to address the options they present for food. You don't need to look too far to see what good food options and quality are like - we had a great food experience at Marriott Courtyard.

The resort is undoubtedly great - rooms are beautiful and spacious, and the property as a whole is extremely well maintained (though naturally it does benefit from being a relatively new property). However, I would definitely say that what upgraded our stay from great to delightful was the attentiveness and service-oriented attitude of every staff we interacted with on the premises, from the buggy drivers, the room cleaners, the waiters at the restaurants, and the concierge service staff. They were unfailingly ready to help and patient with our every request. One of the concierge staff even helped us call various restaurants and spa places to help us place bookings for them and we were grateful for their service that allowed for a seamless trip across Bali. We would definitely be back again to stay!

My husband and I went with his parents for a short 3 night stay at the Marriot's Bali Nusa Dua Terrace since they have a timeshare. Honestly, this resort was impressive, modern, and clean. I am slightly OCD about cleanliness and our rooms and bathrooms were very clean All the staff at the hotel, restaurants, and spa were friendly, attentive, and very professional. The pools and services were fantastic and the prices were very reasonable. We loved hanging by the infinity pool which was the perfect temperature. The breakfast buffet inside the air conditioned restaurant was nice and the variety of food was very good. I loved the fresh fruits, cheeses, and smoked fish. They had a crepe station and variety of american and indonesian food. Compared to other Mariott's timeshare, including Hawaii, our family felt our stay was most enjoyable due to this resort. We highly recommend staying here if you are spending with family or just as a couple.

It was absolute paradise. The villas were beautiful, comfortable, and spacious. We had a 3 bedroom villa with two primary suites and a third bedroom. Each primary suite had it own plunge pool. The resort grounds were impeccably maintained and lush. The maintenance staff was continuously grooming the gardens. The service was the best we have ever experienced with a friendly staff ready and willing to serve. We were treated like honored guests everywhere we turned. I wish all resorts were like this one.
