Easy check in progress. Easily picked up from the airport with a shuttle that runs every 30 mins. There is a few restaurants across the street other than the hotel restaurant on premises. Room is comfortable and clean (the bathroom is beautiful) Jinshil was kind and helpful. Totally would stay hear again if needed .

If you’re arriving late at San Jose Airport and have an early flight in the morning, I would without a doubt stay here again. The complementary shuttle service that runs every 30min is so convenient and the location is excellent with a Walmart right across the street for your last minute necessities. The staff is super friendly, the bed is comfy and the rooms are clean. The shower pressure is quite low though but apart from that there’s nothing I can think of. Taking into account the time of the year the room cost more than I wanted to spend, but given the overall convenience and experience all in all it was worth it and I’m looking forward to staying here again when I fly out from San José.

The handwritten cards provided by the service staff are very considerate. The service is very good. The bath products are very easy to use and smell comfortable. It is very close to the airport, with shuttle bus service. There is a coffee corner on the fifth floor with snacks and beer. Walmart is just opposite, so it is very convenient for shopping and eating. I will stay here again next time.
