We are so sorry to hear about the disappointment you experienced with the defective Chromecast in the 3rd level room you stayed in and we are sorry for being unable to rectify the issue as our Engineering team member was not around at the property due to our operating hours. ---Just to share, our vendor resolved the fault on 18 MAR 2024. The fault was due to the QR code and this affected multiple rooms.
