"Our stay at COMO Hotel with the kids for a concert in Singapore was absolutely fantastic! The location is superb, right in the heart of Orchard Road. Major shopping malls are just outside, and it's super convenient for the MRT, bus stops, and taxis. It's a peaceful oasis despite being in a bustling area. The service was meticulous and thoughtful. Check-in was efficient, and they offer Chinese-speaking staff, so communication was never an issue. The concierge and housekeeping staff were all polite and professional, and they responded quickly to our requests. The room was elegantly minimalist, the bedding was comfortable, and the mini-bar was restocked daily with plenty of mineral water, coffee, tea, Coke, beer, snacks, and the famous TWG tea bags. The amenities were comprehensive. The rooftop infinity pool offers an amazing view, and the gym is available 24 hours. Breakfast was a semi-buffet with a rich variety of options, including Chinese, Western, and local dishes. The freshly prepared food was delicious – I especially loved the croissants every morning, which you could pair with Kaya jam. The robot barista at the 6th-floor bar was a unique touch. Overall, the value for money was excellent, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Singapore!"

"For those with layovers or late-night arrivals, check out my honest review of Dusit Thani Laguna Singapore! **Pros:** 1. **Great Location:** Super close to Changi Airport and the beach. If you're arriving late or have an early flight the next day, this place is perfect for a quick stopover. 2. **Spacious Rooms:** The rooms are generally very roomy, with all the basic amenities you need. We requested a room change, and the front desk was very prompt and efficient in handling it – good experience there. 3. **Golf Course View:** Our window overlooked a members-only golf course. Just a heads-up: respect the hotel's boundaries and don't venture onto the golf greens. **Minor Drawbacks:** 1. **Extra Bed Hiccup:** We requested an extra bed in advance, but it wasn't set up when we checked in. Staff brought it in only after we'd completed check-in. 2. **Service Details:** The front desk phone was sometimes hard to get through to. While customer service wasn't exceptionally attentive, they did resolve any issues, so it wasn't a huge problem overall. 3. **Amenities Prep:** We were a party of three, but initially, only two sets of toiletries were provided. We had to ask for an additional set later. **Summary:** Overall, the good outweighs the bad. This hotel is ideal for those who prioritize a convenient location and spacious rooms."

"Maybe it was because we checked in in the middle of the night, but we originally booked three single beds and ended up with just one large bed. They then squeezed in a small bed, which made the hallway very cramped. The room change for the next two nights was much better! Otherwise, everything was pretty good! The subway is a bit far, but the bus stop right outside is convenient. There's also a photo op spot directly across the street."
