Momentus Hotel Alexandra
"This hotel is a great value for money in Singapore. The room size is probably one of the biggest for this price range, and it's clean and comfortable. The view from the window is beautiful, and there's a pool downstairs. Plus, there are plenty of dining options and easy transportation nearby. However, I do have a suggestion for the hotel: please don't give single female guests rooms with connecting doors. It's a bit unsettling, and I hope this feedback is taken into consideration."

"Overall, it was a decent night's sleep. The location is okay, about a 10-minute walk to the metro."

Strand Hotel Singapore
"Stay here for twice. Hotel is centrally located. Right next to mrt station. Many buses. Got free carpark for stay in guests. Rooms are a bit worn out but clean and neat. Good enough for quick biz trip. Many cafe. Eateries. Convenience store nearby. Will come again."
Village Hotel Changi by Far East Hospitality
"The hotel was extremely unclean and the check-in experience was unacceptable. Upon arrival, the initial room I was assigned appeared to be either occupied or inaccessible, as the key card indicated a privacy lock (yellow light), suggesting the room was still in use. I had booked a deluxe room for a short overnight stay ahead of an early morning flight to Bangkok. I was not concerned about the room category — my only expectation was a clean and functional room. I returned to reception and informed the staff member of the issue. I requested any available room on Level 3, as I needed access to the laundry facilities after two weeks of business travel across Europe. However, the staff member insisted that only superior rooms (a lower category) were available. I reiterated that room type was not important — cleanliness and practicality were my priorities. Upon entering the reassigned room, I was extremely disappointed to find it in a highly unsanitary condition. There were visible blood stains on the floorboards and table, hair in the sink, and what appeared to be bodily residue around the tap and basin area. Dust was present throughout the room, and the coffee mug was dirty inside. Additionally, it was highly unprofessional to see a room number scribbled and written manually on the mug. This level of cleanliness and service falls well below acceptable hospitality standards, particularly for a hotel of this category."

COMO Metropolitan Singapore
"This hotel was the cherry on top of our Singapore trip! We were able to check in early and were given a spacious room. The rooftop pool was fantastic. There were staff at the front desk who spoke Chinese, but even if there weren't, it wouldn't have been an issue. The entire hotel's modern and innovative design was an experience in itself. The semi-buffet breakfast was a great start to each day. Our room was cleaned immaculately every day, and they even thoughtfully placed my drying items on a hand towel. The hotel is about 700 meters from Orchard Road MRT, and there are bus stops even closer, making bus travel very smooth. The front lobby is set back and looks beautiful, with robots making coffee that tasted great, both the coffee and the milk. A big thank you to all the staff who served us!"
Hotel Royal Singapore
"The facilities are really old. The shower is one of those where you have to stand in the tub, and the showerhead is a fixed, old-fashioned one on the wall. There's no window in the room, and no ventilation either, so the air quality isn't great. The worst part is the glass exterior wall – pulling back the curtains was a truly awful sight (see picture). The only positives are that the room is quite spacious and the location is fairly convenient."
Rendezvous Hotel Singapore by Far East Hospitality
"Booked a room for son’s birthday and hotel upgraded for me and even gave a slice of birthday cake for free, really sweet and thoughtful of the hotel. Definitely will visit the hotel again, thank you!"
Pullman Singapore Orchard
"I had a wonderful stay at Pullman Singapore Orchard. The hotel’s location is excellent, right in the heart of Orchard Road, making it very convenient for shopping, dining, and exploring Singapore. The room was modern, stylish, and spotlessly clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I had a great night’s sleep. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, keeping everything fresh and tidy. What impressed me the most was the outstanding service. Every staff member I met was warm, professional, and genuinely helpful. They always greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The breakfast offered a great variety of delicious food, with both Asian and Western options. The quality and freshness of the food were excellent. The hotel’s facilities, including the swimming pool and gym, were also well maintained and enjoyable."
Village Hotel Katong by Far East Hospitality
"The room was quite spacious, but the facilities and decor were quite old. Also, the air conditioning was very noisy, making it hard to sleep at night. I checked out early with the help of Trip.com."
AMBASSADOR TRANSIT LOUNGE - T3, SINGAPORE CHANGI AIRPORT (AIRSIDE)
"Easy location to get to. Front counter lady was lovely. Didn’t use the showers as there was always a queue. Didn’t like that the toilets (3 only) were communal. Good was ok. We drank wine 🍷 first glass was a bit harsh but after a couple you get used to it 🤪. We found that it’s cheaper to go to the lounge than pay the prices for drinks and food in the airport."
Amara Singapore
"Absolutely fantastic! The front desk staff were so welcoming and even gave us a free room upgrade, which was a lovely surprise. The room itself was spotless, and the soundproofing was excellent. The air conditioning was powerful and kept the room nice and cool. Everything was just great!"
Carlton Hotel Singapore
"Great location. Walking distance to many attractions. The breakfast , however, can be skipped if you are Muslim. Not much choice."
PARKROYAL on Beach Road, Singapore
"Exterior is a little dated, but the refurbished interior was lovely and we liked the unique style. Service was great, and the staff were all friendly and proactive in catering to our needs The club lounge was also pretty decent - the spread was fairly limited, but it had a good alcohol and mains selection."
