This stay far exceeded my expectations, and I simply have to recommend it! The hotel's location is excellent, right by the subway station with a vibrant commercial area and local eateries nearby. It's incredibly convenient for getting around, shopping, and dining. It offers a tranquil atmosphere amidst the hustle and bustle, making for a very comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive. They were always patient and gentle, promptly responding to any requests. We even received a wonderful surprise upon check-in: a complimentary room upgrade to a larger, more elegant space. The limited two-person breakfast was also upgraded to a three-person meal, with a rich variety of delicious options. The rooms were clean, tidy, and well-equipped, showing great attention to detail from the hotel. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. From the convenience of its location to the exceptional service, everything was impeccable. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit and genuinely recommend it to everyone!

It's well-suited for business travelers, but if you're looking for good value and don't specifically need a family-friendly hotel, this one is excellent. The hotel is new, and the service is great. There's no complimentary bottled water in the room, which is common in Singapore, but there's a water dispenser in the hallway – when in Rome, do as the Romans do!

Had a wonderful stay at Claude Hotel! The hotel is newly renovated, clean, and very comfortable. The room was well-maintained, and the bed was cozy for a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made the check-in process smooth. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby food and attractions. Great value for money, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit. Highly recommended!

This hotel is quite unique, situated above a large shopping mall. We were a bit disoriented at first, as it took us a while to find it, but once we understood the layout, everything was easy and convenient. The rooms are small but clean, and well-equipped so you can easily organize all your belongings. They are brightly lit, and everything worked perfectly. There's an iron, ironing board, and a water cooler in the common hallway. The hallway's decor is interesting, with boards next to each room where you can write messages. The food courts in the mall are a convenient bonus for delicious meals. The location is excellent; you can walk to all the iconic landmarks: Merlion Park, Marina Bay, and the Singapore Flyer. I highly recommend it.

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of Orchard Road. It's super convenient, with shopping malls like Ngee Ann City and ION just outside, and the subway station is only a few hundred meters away.

The hotel's location, cleanliness, and comfort were all excellent. It's within walking distance to popular attractions like the Old Hill Street Police Station and churches. Since we were traveling with a 15-year-old who is considered an adult, I requested a triple room when booking, and the hotel promptly added an extra bed. What's commendable is that this wasn't just a sofa bed; they actually removed the sofa cushions, stored them in a cabinet, and set up a proper single bed with a mattress. This made the extra charge feel justified. (I forgot to take photos at the time, so the room images are screenshots from a video and a bit blurry). The hotel pool's cleanliness and facilities were also excellent. The lounge chairs in the shallow end of the pool were above the water, allowing you to relax on them even if you didn't want to get in the water. Overall, it's a highly recommended hotel for a trip to Singapore.

Had a very enjoyable stay at ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. One thing I really appreciated was how cold and refreshing the air conditioning was, especially considering how hot the weather outside was. The location was also very convenient. The hotel provides a free shuttle service every 30 minutes to VivoCity, which made getting around very easy. There are also many restaurants within walking distance, along with supermarkets like Cold Storage and Little Farms nearby, so it was very convenient for food and daily necessities. Breakfast was enjoyable as well, with good variety and accommodating service. I especially appreciated being able to request a customized fried rice without soy sauce and gluten, which was a thoughtful touch for dietary preferences. Overall, it was a comfortable and relaxing stay with great convenience and excellent service. Would definitely consider staying here again.

The hotel’s location is excellent, with both the bus station and the MRT station just a short walk away. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. She kindly arranged an early check-in for us and even gave us a room with a beautiful view. Her outstanding service made our trip even more enjoyable and filled our stay with happiness. For a country as expensive as Singapore 🇸🇬, a hostel priced in the 100s is definitely great value for money. Many local Chinese people stay here, and you can learn about Singapore's history by chatting with them. The closest MRT stations are Lavender and Jalan Besar, and it's also very near Little India, making it super convenient to get to all of Singapore's major attractions. There's a food court right downstairs, which is probably one of the cheapest dining options in Singapore, helping you save a lot on food. I stayed here for three days and thought it was pretty good!

The lady on duty on the Singapore public holiday after the National Day was a bit crafty. Wanted to charge us $100 for checking in at 14h00, one hour earlier than official checkin. The notices on the counter clearly mentioned it cost $25 for a one hour early checkin. We did not request an early checkin. Then came the carrot. The same lady offered one room with 4 beds instead of the two rooms we had booked with free early checkin. Nice try, but we were not falling for that old trick. My wife is Chinese and she sniffed a rat in that deal instantly when she realised we would be giving up a second bathroom and some privacy of interleading doors between the two rooms we had booked.
