There was a electricity cut off for nearly half a day. The lighting is not even, so one side of the bed is very dark.
The socket near the bed is malfunction.
The morning after the first night the water was only lukewarm at the highest setting.

The location is excellent, only five minutes away from Fort Canning Park. The room is a bit old but very clean, with windows that can be opened.
No mouthwash cup, comb or slippers.

I found a dead dragonfly and flies around my room ( some are alive ), no hairdryer, no shampoo / soap so they expect you to wash yourself off with hand soap but overall, pool and gym wasn’t bad and customer service could be better.

Second time asked to change/upgrade hotel room to Sentosa. I explained to staff that i have 4 other colleagues stay in the same hotel. This time the hotel agreed to keep me at the same hotel. But overall was good.

The hotel is old but condition acceptable. The thing that we cannot accept was the bad smell when I entered the car park. Terrible smell
