Good new guest house. My room was silent in spit of constructions nearby. Need to know about bad Wi-Fi and mobile network in this area. Would be hard to use it. Walking distance to pererenan statue. Clean inside.

I booked the Kasmaran Guesthouse in Bali, but was unable to check in because the hotel was overbooked. That wouldn't have been a big problem if the refund had been processed properly. But I've been waiting in vain for my money for over a month. Despite asking several times, I was repeatedly assured that the refund was "on the way". To this day, I haven't seen a cent! I've never experienced such unprofessional behavior. Absolutely unacceptable - I can only strongly advise anyone not to book here!
