The place is very new and clean. The space is amazing.
In-villa dining was ok.
Swimming pool is abit small but it’s ok we didn’t have time to use it anyways.
Always not hot water for shower which is unacceptable.
We booked spa and it was just so-so. My husband’s spa therapist has sweaty hands… and mine was like crazily too much pressure I felt like I got punched after the massage.
The villa was designed pretty nice tho, hope the shower will improve.

We spent 8 nights in Asai village. At the beginning we were in an open deluxe villa and fortunately we were able to change villas for free because there were a lot of insects inside and an engine noise in front of the villa. Positive points: spacious and clean villa, excellent service, friendly staff especially very efficient puspa :) Negative points; no gym and the one that is proposed to replace is not a gym, there is nothing like equipment and it is dirty., horrible cushions, hard bed, small villa swimming pool, no deckchair near from the villa's swimming pool, menu not very varied, massage not up to standard, in summary: price too expensive for what it is and without the comfort of a hotel. For less money, you can go to movenpick or Sofitel..

The staff were super lovely. The complex has a pretty cafe and its own spa, we both ate and had massages which were amazing. You will need transportation to get around, we hired a scoter, which Puspa ASAI Manager, was able to organise for us. We had a great and will come back and stay.

ASAI Village is a such a great concept. It's like living in your dream home in Bali, but with the warm hospitality of a 5 star hotel. The staff was amazing, and gave fresh coconuts and refreshing towels on arrival. Everything in the room has a purpose and is carefully curated to be photogenic at any angle. I loved the large swimming pool and the cafe and spa located a few meters away from my door!

Beautiful property. Always greeted with a smile. Fun, yummy restaurant on property. 20 minute grab ride to Melasti beach, a must visit. Quick ride to Jimbaran Bay for a sunset dinner on the sand.
We loved our home here. Private pool, unlimited drinking water, very spacious and inviting.

I've stayed at Asai several times, I like absolutely everything, from the smell to the mattresses. Everything is stylish, new, a lot of light in the villa. I just don't want to leave it. The beach is 2 minutes away by scooter.

A beautiful "Village" that my wife and I tremendously enjoyed. The whole staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay expecialy Puspa and Pinari. The villa we stayed in was wonderful and the Spa was a very relaxing place. Everything was just awesome!

We’ve been at Asai twice and definitely will come back more! Love these cozy brand new villas. Interior colors are unique for Bali, love their decision. Super clean and details🥰🥰 even books they put in the rooms. Enjoyed learning about 20th century photography.
