Bien situé, joli de l’extérieur mais les chambres sont plutôt niveau camping qu’hotel. La salle de bain est désuète, sans eau chaude et ouverte sur la chambre. Aucune couverture, seulement un petit drap. Nous devions y passer 3 nuits mais avons fui après une seule. Nous avons voulu négocier un remboursement partiel tel qu’indiqué sur booking mais la patronne nous dit ne pas avoir de possibilité, qu’il faut passer par son « agent » qui lui ne répond jamais. Prix définitivement trop élevé pour ce qu’on a !

We spent two nights at this establishment. To start positively, the location is very convenient to access the beach, the sunset and many restaurants. The swimming pool is also very pretty. Unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed with this establishment. We paid 50 francs per night, which was already very expensive compared to other hotels we had visited before. To get to the point: - the toilets are located in the room with a partial partition so it is basically problematic because we have no privacy. But what's more, the water in the shower is cold and the water comes out through a simple horizontal pipe, so it's not at all pleasant to shower. In addition, the water spreads throughout the bathroom, which is very unpleasant. In addition, since there is no partition, there is a smell of piss. - The floor of the room is made of stones and the staff struggles to clean it properly so when you walk barefoot, you quickly get black feet - regarding the bed, we were treated to a very hard and uncomfortable mattress. We didn't have two bedside tables and no light other than the main one in the bedroom or the toilet so we could forget about reading. - The air conditioning, when turned on, emits a very bluish light, which means that the room is illuminated when you sleep. It's very unpleasant - The noise because there are other customers until midnight who are disturbing and laughing very loudly. At night there are also roosters and chickens who make noise from 5-6 a.m. Roosters crowing at dawn can be rural but not in this case. - The staff is welcoming but nothing more, there is no reception with a reception, we got the keys from the kitchen. There is no effort made in the decoration and equipment. We feel that there is no love put into these places. Nothing to do with the very warm welcome and the care given to everything that we have always received from the Balinese. I don't recommend this place at all, avoid it, there are so many better places in Bali.

Let's start with the positive: - the swimming pool and outdoor spaces are good - the location is very good, close to Bingin beach But that's it. My girlfriend and I do not understand the positive comments this establishment has received. The bedroom is ugly and impractical (no night table or bedside lamp for example) and the bathroom with toilet and in the same room, separated from the space with the bed by a partition 1.50 m high . The mattress is hard and there is only one cushion per person. This place is absolutely not quiet and if you are someone who has trouble falling asleep, it will be complicated for you. To top it off, it's 2x more expensive than other accommodations we've had and which were at least 3x better. Run away, you'll find something better!
