Size of villa was good and the pool
The place was noisy because I think the penthouse was at the top of the room , too much noisy walking sound , at night also was drums sound as well .
Shower door was half door connected to the pool which is supposed to be close able because of mosquito and bugs may enter.
Varity of food was rare and the breakfast was with time , sometime the time you chose is not available
I asked for housekeeping and the pillo with the sheets wasn’t replaced

The villa is full of mosquitoes. The room door is not working because the management combined 2 sliding door into 1. This is so difficult for my wife to push or pull the door.

The hotel facilities are mixed, while they have wonderful Alexa to control the room system but the bathroom tiles are looking a bit dated. The swimming pool in the room is nice and charges are applicable for floating breakfast but I find the taste of the breakfast can be improved. Their service is very good and attentive though

The hotel is very comfortable overall and the staff are friendly!
Very comfortable and relaxing stay.
There is music to greet you as soon as you enter the room. The stereo is next to the bed. You can play light music as soon as you get up to make the a**osphere better.
The bathtub is large and comfortable to take a bath!
But I’m not sure whether it’s because I don’t know how to use it or the massage water spray button is really broken. I pressed the button but no water jet came out, but I didn’t ask the counter because I wanted to say that I just wanted to take a bath.
Breakfast is delivered to the room, which is very convenient! It's just that the food may have been prepared in advance, so it was just a little lukewarm, not hot. I think this part can be improved. The food is average, I don’t think it’s delicious! But the service is really good and the photos look great 😂
