It's a very quiet hotel and the price is quite expensive. I think it's suitable to stay for a day to experience it. The staff are very polite and always ask questions. Hotels are very special. Personally, I like more lively ones, such as Ayana. But this one is indeed quite refreshing. The service attitude of the staff is very good.

The service is wonderful, all waiters and waitresses are kind and helpful throughout my stay here, highly recommended.
Also the Italian restaurant at the hotel is world class and the band and singer performance are professional, vibes are terrific, what a night dinning here.

The location of the hotel is close to the jungle, the room is damp and musty, the overall cleanliness and details are unsatisfactory: the fruit plate is broken and still delivered to the guests, the mosquito net is broken, the bed sheets are not cleaned, the mold on the wooden screen and furniture is not cleaned well It is still used in the guest room (the hotel said it was washed but there are traces). The first night of our stay, the hot water for the bathtub and shower was cold for an hour, and the water in the bathtub dried up with gray mud stains. The hotel said that they didn't know why this happened. Although they upgraded the room for us in the end, their impression of Como was really discounted.
On the first night of staying in the new room, animal feces were found in the toilet and the sofa next to the swimming pool in the morning. Was my first time stayed in Ubud. i stayed here for 2 nights, my room was uma pool twin villa with private plunge pool, and i love it! The room is spacious enough for 3 persons. I made reservations for the spa also and got special price. The breakfast menu is ala carte and was delicous! Got complimentary for morning walk also, thanks Como uma

We had the perfect stay. What stood out most was the service by the staff, and the most beautiful hotel room, pool and food. The pool was a perfect place to settle down for half a day in the shade with a book. Regular cold water topped up without even asking for it. Thank you to all staff at Como Uma Ubud

One of our favourite Hotels in Bali. This is like a second home for us and love starting our holiday here.
Everything is lovely here except the smoking allowed in a supposed health hotel.
Time to enter 21st century and ban smoking.

Elmhotel perfecto para pasar.en pareja, he estado con mi mujer celebrando nuestro aniversario y ha sido increíble, desde la llegada todo el personal del hotel nos atendió con mucha amabilidad y con una gran profesionalidad. Had a great few days here. Unusual set up, with the rooms all located throughout the complex and in separate “villas”. Lots of stairs, so not great for those with mobility issues. Found the bed to be like a Fred Flintstone cast off. That all said, these negatives pale into insignificance when you experience the hospitality here. The staff are all so well trained (well done to whoever does that). They make you feel like you are so special and they go out of their way to get to know you and give you a fantastic experience. Food was very tasty and the choices for breakfast were wide ranging. Something for everyone. We were told that they are building a new gym to upgrade the existing one. That will be a good move.
