Originally booked for five nights, stayed for one night and quickly moved out
Power cut off from entering the room. At night, the toilet smells bad, the air conditioner is loud, and there are bugs biting people on the bed. I was about to move out the next day, but the front desk said they could change the room for me, so I'll give it a chance. As a result, the water blocked and overflowed in the bathing place, and someone came to do it for a long time. In the afternoon, I went to the waterfall and went back to the hotel to take a hot shower, but it turned out that there was no hot water for half an hour, and the call to the front desk was extremely slow. There is a shuttle bus to get out of the room. I called the front desk and there was a boy who couldn't understand English and didn't come for a long time. There is no person in charge at the front desk, they are all a bunch of children, except for one girl, who can't speak English very well. Don't stay here if you don't want to waste time and have a terrible experience in Ubud. Not to mention the poor hotel facilities in the room, the price is here. Move out overnight

the hotel is a bit creepy and there is alot of insect (thats okay i guess) but there is a cockroach in the bathroom. the amenities is complete but the towel is a bit smelly and the hotel staff are friendly but the telephone are not working.

Amazing beautiful property, which lush outdoor greenery and rice fields and multiple beautiful swimming pools. i stayed in both the room and the villa and it was an amazing experience- value for money. the staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and hospitable.

L'endroit en plein Ubud est très beau, c est le point fort. Le personnel est gentil, mais peu professionel , très bruyant, les rires,les conversations talkie walkie.. La nourriture peu satisfaisante, le breakfast, pas incroyables,le fried rice non plus. Le premier jour je suis rentrée dans ma chambre, et ressorti, afin de demandé une autre, car la mienne etait sale,beurk.. Le télephone on aurait cru qu il y avait eu du vomit,des cheveux long et noir partout dans la douche, les serviettes de bain abimées et trouées Les drap sont tachées...ma porte donnant sur l exterieur au rez, ne fermait pas completement , il y avait 3m de jeu entre les deux portes, donc les insectes rentrent. Ils ont refait le nettoyage. Bref heureuse de finaliser les 3 nuits dans cette hôtel, j 'étais pas loin des cuisines et pas bien insonorisé. Je remercie tout de même Kadek et Trainée, d'avoir adouci m'ont séjour là bas ( personnes du personnel).

Kaket was so lovely and made us all feel so welcome his customer service is spot on and really helpful. The room was clean and nice the restaurant staff where all lovely and the pool was amazing and had a Beautiful veiw the grounds are all clean and well looked after
