4.5星，房價相對其他酒店最低了，而且可以兩個孩子免費入住+早餐，很值。就是房間空調有些吵，需要換新的了。

Each day, breakfast was served with almost the same content.
Furthermore, there was a small variety of Indonesian food at breakfast.
The air conditioner was out of order and it was too hot to sleep on the first day.
I informed the front desk that it was malfunctioning, but there was no improvement the first day, and when I complained the next day as well, repairs were made. During this process, the customer was not informed if the repair was completed or not.
The location was in a quiet area, so it was a little far from the main tourist attractions, but the price of meals and massages were cheaper than nusa dua area.
Still, compared to the local area, various prices were higher for tourists.
The deposit is requested at the time of initial reception, but please note that it will not be refunded unless I ask for a refund at check-out.
The hotel staff were all smiling and excellent service.

Novotel есть Novotel - сервис всегда на высшем уровне.
Отель находится почти в конце Benoa.
Разбит на две части - sea и garden. Переход через дорогу с помощью регулировщиков движения.
Номер большой, со своим садом.
Бассейны крутые - Инфинити пул с красивой ночной подсветкой.
Пляж ухоженный. Свой спуск в воду. Но внимательно изучайте график приливов-отливов. Можете отойти метров 200 и будет воды по колено.
Novotel предоставляет оооооочень крутой завтрак из широкого ассортимента блюд. Вы точно не уйдете голодными!
Уборка ежедневно, вода обновляется в номере тоже. Также в холлах есть кулеры.
Отдых прошел хорошо. Придраться не к чему - все идеально. Персонал весь вежливый, в красивой бронированной одежде. Безупречно следят за территорией в поддержании идеального порядка.
Спасибо, All Accor как обычно лучшие!
