i never know as an accor member the response of ibis kuta is not as per i used to get as an accor member. perhaps they dont even notice tht i place order from accor app😅. i find a bit difficult to use my accor facilities and almost like insisted to have it because im eligible to have it and of course tht deliver unpleasant feelings. once they see my accor digital card then please understand that im eligible for the facilities offered as a member. the rest is ok, the receptionist keep smile even when they cant provide the things i asked. the food according to my girls who take the breakfast at hotel said the taste need to improve. the location of course strategic fr the airport. because i saw many flight crews stay there. however still as an accor member i expect more. we have been stay at much better hotel from accor club and they give us much better appreciation as accor member. i hope i didn’t put comments on different ibis in kuta bali😅 however this is my feed back and please make sure no insect at the buffet section thts would be much better. Guys , you can deliver much better than wht i have last time. the porter of course nice with his useful info about the place to go in bali, too bad i forget his name. FYI good to have durian vendor close to your place thts good point🥳 they are offering reasonable price and sweet durian fr bali🥳
