Receptionist was friendly and english spoken.
Offer us welcome drink and informed us free upgrade for our room.
Room was very clean and have balcony for viewing outside which is Hard Rock hotel driveway entrance.
Overall very satisfy with this hotel and is in central of shopping and eateries lane.

The location is very good, but because it was windy and rainy in the middle of the night, the door to the balcony was always banging in the wind, and I couldn't sleep well. This is the first time in so many hotels... It shows that their facilities are a bit old
