Uma Caming Villas & Gym

In an amazing MaMa and son trip around Bali - November 2022, we stayed two nights at Uma Caming Villas, with an overall rating of good. The value for money seemed good to us, highlighting the surroundings, the gardens of the Resort and the pool as well as the villas and bungalows. The welcome - check in has been weak, although friendliness... the details that the reservation announced were missing. The service during our stay was good, the accommodation did not provide any surprises for my mother on a special trip with prior notice like so many other hotels, but they did provide a good villa and bungalow, taking care that everything was fine. The environment is great, in the rice fields, with a very beautiful garden, with relaxation areas and a swimming pool with views of the rice fields, the setting is really very good. It does not have a restaurant but offers food to the villa, we used it, and well, without highlighting... maybe weak... It does not have a spa but it provides massages. It has a fairly complete gym that is part of the small Resort, very authentic, it is quite good . The bungalows are very very good, super decorated and bright, with a small terrace. The villa is great, with a private pool and a relaxation and yoga area, vegetation, views of the rice fields, a nice little terrace, a good room and a good bathroom, all well organized and decorated. In both cases they provided amenities, but there was a lack of higher quality options such as a bathrobe, slippers, a water heater, even bottled water. They serve breakfast, which is from a fixed menu and with bad hours. The WiFi was not working very well and Other notable negative issues have been, in addition to breakfast, with bad hours and quite lazy, the lack of a water heater in the bungalows and villas.. they did not provide bottled water.. and although they gave us a superior option regarding our reservation, on the day Next we had to change accommodation with its corresponding disorder.. uncomfortable pillows.. pool towels are not provided.. Our overall experience has been satisfactory, it met our expectations, congratulations. For the highly recommended area is the Tegallalang market, super authentic, and especially not to miss the opportunity to eat at the Green Kubu restaurant, the best of our month-long trip to Bali!
