The service is very serious and the room is very good. It is exactly the same as the photo. It is very suitable for a quiet vacation. The waiter will come over every day to order mosquito coils to clean and water the flowers. They will also ask you what you want to eat tomorrow. Breakfast is served to you in the kitchen of the room. Freshly made, I tried the omelette, pancakes and fried noodles, which were very good. It just happened to be my birthday. I don’t know how the hotel found out. Maybe I saw it when registering my passport. Not only did they help me decorate the bed (the elephant and the little man are very cute), but all the staff came over in the afternoon to sing happy birthday to me. Eating cake and lighting candles, I felt like I was fishing in Haidilao for a moment. All the waiters serve you with a smile. They greet you every time, help you carry your luggage, help you take a taxi, and help you communicate with the locals. Highly recommended

Kumpi Villa is excellent. We stayed for 5 nights, we arranged transport from the airport, got there at 2 am, the front desk was closed but security took us to our Villa no problem, we had fresh fruits and iced tea waiting for us. The next day we had breakfast cooked, the staff were accommodating. Also they came back about 2 hours later and gave my husband a surprise birthday cake. We didn’t book any tour so we asked the front desk if they have tours available, our driver was Agostia, he took us to places we wanted to see and patiently waited for us. I would go back and stay at this place again if given the opportunity.

We had 6 ladies staying for a girls trip away and the kumpi village made the stay fantastic. They helped us with all our requirements. Staff were friendly and security made us feel safe and took us when we needed to go and do a big supermarket shop. We will definitely be back her again. Thankyou thankyou thankyou.

A wonderful stay in the heart of Seminyak but in absolute tranquility. The staff is super friendly and the villa is incredibly clean and with great detail. We have already stayed twice and we will return for sure. Thanks to the entire The Kumpi team for their attention and affection.

Excellent service from the staff. They are friendly, efficient, and always ready to greet and help us. The road to the hotel is very small. However it is very easy to get ride-hailing car through app. Walking distance to the Seminyak beach and the hotel also provides free shuttle there. There's lots of mini marts and shops around like Seminyak Square. Hotel also provides some novels to read. A good place to relax.

Excellent villa with 3 large rooms. Quiet at night and 5min walking distance to all the restaurants and pubs. Highly recommended. The cleaners did a good job every day.

We recently stayed 5 nights in the 3 brm villa, the villa was perfectly suited to our needs with plenty of space and privacy. Really good location with a 2 min walk to restaurants and shopping 5 min walk to the beach. The in-house breakfast every morning were a lovely added touch and the pancakes were 10/10. All the staff were lovely and very accommodating.
